I love ordering items through Best Buy because they always take away my old items, which I would otherwise have to figure out how to haul it (because I don't have a truck) and pay to get rid of it at the trash place. So far I have ordered a washer, dryer, refrigerator, and oven & range...all of which they took away all of my old ones and installed the new ones. Also, they always get rid of all their trash and take it with them! They never leave a mess, and I love it!

I added this service to my LG washer purchase. I didn't want to hassle with getting rid of the old washer, which wasn't working. They took care of it for me, which is exactly what I wanted!

I worried how I was going to get my 275 pound behemoth rear-projection TV out of the house to be replaced by a new flat panel model. Best Buy offered haul away for a reasonable price since I purchased a 75 inch new model. The two young men had little problem carefully removing the old TV by using a unique strap with which they carried it out the door!!! They were very pleasant and courteous as well.

These guys were awesome. They had the old one out and the new one installed in no time! On time, professional. Great work. Worth the money rather than doing it myself.

Two fellows stopped by to deliver 02 new appliances - A refrigeration into the garage and to replace the old washer with the new washer - They were professional - very mindful of my concerns due to the fact my husband is disabled. It was hot 110 outside - no air conditioning in my laundryroom! They were efficient and worked to get the job done.

Delivery guys hauled the old dishwasher away. I’d removed and place it on our porch as it’s a light enough appliance to handle on a floor. I wouldn’t have wanted to lift it to a truck.
