What is there to say really? They took away the old washing machine. They did so in fact with me hardly knowing before they installed the new one. So quiet, fast, and professional. What more do you want?

I received a call shortly before the expected delivery time giving me an ETA. The delivery team arrived exactly when they said they would. They were friendly, clean and very respectful of me and my home. I appreciate the hard work they put in when delivering my new stove!

They came in hauled away my old stove perfect service

The guys that were sent to do the installation and haul away of our new and old dryer were professional, friendly and efficient. It was a pleasure working with them!

When my 20 year old Mitsubishi TV died, I didn’t know how I would get rid of it. It was huge and heavy and in my basement. When shopping for a new TV I saw the haul-away option and wondered if there were size or weight limitations. I used the chat function and they referred me to the Geek Squad. The Geek Squad rep had me make the purchase of the new TV while we were on the phone and she immediately added notes of the size and weight and that two people had to make the delivery. The two delivery guys came prepared and hauled the TV up the basement stairs in 30 seconds. Very happy!

The crew that delivered and installed our refrigerator was very good. They followed directions before arrival, cleaned up, and worked efficiently. They knew what they were doing and did it well. No problems afterward. Their English was a bit limited, which could be a problem if there was a need to communicate anything important.

The movers were great. On time, quick, and no damage when moving the new appliance.

Diego & Carlos from Barritas Services worked smoothly and made the task look easy. Previous team that came claimed they needed 4 man team, but these guys came for my reschedule and tackled the flight of stairs like nothing. Wanted to give folks a big thumbs up for their efforts to make these deliveries possible. They even had 16 more deliveries to make as well. Much appreciated it! They took away the old fridge which was slightly bigger with ease as well. Wanted to give those too a big shout out and thank you Diego & Carlos!

Hauling away old, heavy equipment is always such a hassle. When I saw that this service was offered, I thought “why not?” I am so happy that I chose too because everything was handled for me. I didn’t have to take on the additional headache of hauling it away and the professionals spent maybe a half hour in my home.

I was very impressed with the guys that came to install and haul my dryer away as our washroom is on the 2nd floor so they needed to haul both up and down 2 staircases!

I paid for the "haul away" service and the team delivered the new LG TV as promised, unpacked it and took away the old TV. However, they left the empty box from the new TV in case I wanted to return it within the return window. I asked if they will come back to pick up the empty box once the 30-day period is over and they said yes. So upon calling for the re-pick up of the box, my request was met with considerable confusion, but ultimately was arranged. I also asked about the "My Reward Points" and was told that only applies id I use the Best Buy credit card which I was not aware of. In past, all purchases could accumulate points no matter how it was paid for, but that policy has now changed. Oh well.

The employee who removed my old appliance did a great job and was respectful of my home. It made my experience of getting a new appliance a lot smoother!

The service, while a bit expensive for a halls way, was convenient, and the men they sent were knowledgeable and efficient. Would hire again.

Absolutely love my new refrigerator… it has so many pluses… 3 drawers in the freezer plus stand-up in the door for pizza boxes… 2drawers for the bottom…two doors for the top

Best buy it took away my old dishwasher, hooked up my new dishwasher, and did a test run to make sure it was all good. The guys were professional, clean and expedient.
