My 10 year old Samsung 65” tv went out and I purchased a new 77” Samsung S90C online and had delivered. I noticed in the order they offered a free haul away of my old tv so I took advantage of it. Normally it cost $60.00 but I’m guessing since my order was expensive and I also was a BEST BUY PLUS member that maybe it qualified me for free haul away. I still think it’s worth the $60 if you have a huge tv to dispose of. My local trash service won’t take televisions and even the city’s yearly Spring Cleanup program won’t take televisions you have to haul them to a recycle center and pay them just as much to dispose of it as Best Buy charges. I didn’t have to box it up or anything they just walked the new tv into my living room and walked out with my old one no problem. It doesn’t get any easier than that.

My delivery crew was very helpful and nice. They made sure my machines were leveled perfectly and tested my new machines while hauling away my old defective machine. I’m greatly appreciative of their service

They hauled the old unit away very quickly, easily. That and bringing in the new fridge took a 30-40 mins max. Only issue was they came several hours earlier than the day's text message said. But we did also get a text from the driver saying when they'd actually come, which they did.

No fuss or mess they disconnected the old washer and hauled it away without any problems fast and easy

The movers were so awesome. They came in and removed my old products and placed the new ones in about 10 minutes. It was so mind blowing. Because when I moved into my home we struggled to put our old washer and dry in the basement. The literally walked out with no struggle. Very professional!

I wasn't sure they would take my old hunker TV, but it was a legimate option. I had a rather old console TV that stood 5 feet high and 4 feet wide about 30" deep. No complaints, not even a whimper. Easly for me, and someone will profit from recycling the materials within that old system. So glad to have that beast out of the house, and my living room is so much larger without it there.

So to get rid of my old dryer myself, I'd have to load it in my truck by myself, use my gas to haul it to our "transfer station" and then pay THEM $20 for the pleasure of giving them my recycleable metal, and unload it myself. I paid BBuy $49 to just take my old unit....what's not to love?
