The guys were very nice, we felt bad they had to come out in the rain but were professional and even gave us back the electrical cord when we forgot to take it off the back of our old one. Great service!

The guys who installed my fridge and hauled away my old fridge were very professional and friendly. They arrived on time and had the whole process completed in a very timely fashion. They were also very delicate with my new fridge and ensured to not dent or ding the face side of my stainless steel fridge. The process was stress-free and I will continue to only purchase all my appliances from Best Buy because they have the best customer service and price around.

Overall, I had a great experience with Best Buy’s haul-away service. The team was professional, quick, and handled everything with care — they got the old appliance out without damaging anything or leaving a mess. The only issue was that they showed up without any prior notice. No call or text ahead of time, which caught me off guard. Thankfully, I was home, but a heads-up would’ve been appreciated. That said, the actual service itself was smooth and well-executed.

The delivery was on time and went real well! The delivery people were friendly and respectful. The haul away of old appliance went well also. Id recommend the delivery people for everyones delivery and haul away needs!

While getting our new one installed we opted to get the haul away service for our old model that was no longer functioning. Best Buy installers were polite, courteous and took our old unit right out and cleaned up the area before installing the new one we had ordered nice and professional. This really made the in home installation quite painless.

My washer, dryer, and 2 pedestals were delivered by a 3rd party contractor. They did an awesome job. Not only did they remove my old washer and dryer set, and installed and made sure they both worked but they also cleaned up any mess afterwards. They also gave me a few minutes after taking the old set out to clean the area before the new set came in. They were very nice and professional.

A to Z installers did the haul away. Great job! Careful while removing the old appliances. Phil and team did a great job!

We bought a new TV at Best Buy and we needed to get rid of old TV. It was very heavy and we couldn’t carry out by ourselves. But BestBuy had this product to get old TV away with good price. When they brought a new TV to set up they also took old TV away. It was nice that we didn’t need to work hard.
