Installers for new gas range left nothing unwanted behind after installing my new one. One even asked for my sweeper to clean out some of the dusty areas behind the old. They both seemed to be knowledgeable and friendly.

This is the third item that I have purchased from BestBuy and had it delivered. They take away our old appliance and installed the new one. The delivery men were awesome, and they communicated the day before and the day of, letting us know exactly what time they would be there. They were professional, courteous, and pleasant to meet and work with. Could not say better things about the delivery and delivery men!

So very pleased to not have to get rid of our broken down washer on our own!

Great job by our three (3) delivery folks! Efficient, pleasant, and explained. And they had to take our old dryer out in parts, because we had tried a repair which was unsuccessful.

This saved my wife and I the struggle of lifting a heavy, broken and battered dryer from the confines of our basement and having a sketchy guy from Facebook Marketplace roll up in his clapped-out Silverado to haul it away for whatever garage experimentation or scrap aspirations said sketchy guy had for it. Not that I'm speaking from experience, mind you.

They took it out and away like it was nothing! Great addition to service!

I've used this service twice now, once for a dishwasher and once for a stove. Super easy both times. I don't have access to a truck and I live in a city so this is really my only option. Annoying piece for the stove is that in my state, only a licensed plumber can disconnect gas from a gas range. So I had to coordinate with a separate plumber since haul away staff obviously aren't plumbers. But it went smoothly both times.

The delivery crew was outstanding - they were knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Their called ahead, arrived early, installed our new fridge, and jailed away our old one with a quickness.

The delivery from Best Buy is excellent, and I've never had any issues with them. They always provide me with a heads up and schedule delivery times, even on weekends. They bring new items and take away old ones for recycling.

The efficiency of the geek squad /delivery persons was truly amazing, removal and installation within 25 minutes in an upstairs unit!

The haul-away service was a relief for me; I am not able to move a washing machine by myself and would've had to hire someone to do it anyway. The 2 guys that delivered my new washer just put on the lifting straps and walked the old washer out to their truck, For $40, it was worth it to me vs having to find someone else.

Good service. They hauled away my old washer when they were done hooking up my new washer. Fast too.

They came to deliver my refrigerator twice. The first time the of the refrigerator didn’t close. The first crew rescheduled for another refrigerator to be delivered. The second crew were professional

Hauled away old refrigerator efficiently before installing new one. Also helped widen door to be able to fit refrigerator.

The guys did a great job getting the old fridge out of the house and off the property without damaging any walls on our narrow stairs. Don't know if I needed to, but I removed some handles and does to ensure it would fit in the way out; didn't want to find out after they arrived that they would only take it out as is, and didn't know if they would disassemble to get it out. They took away all the parts I'd removed to get it to for as well.
