If your old refrigerator is not running correctly, you absolutely want the BB people to haul it away. If it is still working OK and you simply want it to be moved to another part of your house, have them do it. They are professionals and refrigerators are HEAVY. If you do it yourself, you could hurt yourself and/or damage parts of your house. They hauled my old refrigerator away with no muss, no fuss.
