One of the reason I bought a television from Best Buy is because they offer a Professional Haul-Away service. It's a convenient way rid of your old television (e-waste) for a small fee of ~$59! I highly recommend!

Our old appliance was hauled off without issue. They were careful to take it out without damage to anything in our home.

They help install my washer and dryer and in the process, they did not damage anything and there process was so effective. They removed the old units, cleaned up, and installed the new units. They also showed me how to use it which was well detailed.

I was VERY pleasantly surprised by their excellent service, the delivery/removal/install all happened very well, quickly, professionally, and well done! Bravo! This was back in 9/2019, but everything has worked great ever since, so that's awesome! I will most definitely be recommending and using BestBuy for both buying and installing of appliances in the future too!

I had a large old TV the real big 60' screen console on wheels. The two guys had to roll it out and lifted it with straps. Was totally impressed. The removed the old TV and got it in there truck. Thank you guys!

Guys were nice and professional, there was a surprise $400 charge, but it was for legit reasons to get us up to code

My drier broke soon after COVID-19 started. There was no indoor delivery or installation or haul away available. I had to air dry all my laundries until the services resumed. But when they did come, the service was excellent! They were fast, thorough, professional, and polite.

I think it is very worth it to get Best Buy to take your old washer away, because old washers frequently have a lot of water in them and are very heavy. Plus it costs a lot to go to the dump.

The guys came early and were out within 15mins of delivering. They communicated well and were respectful of my time. They hauled the old fridge away as well.

The delivery men installed my new stove in less than 15 minutes. As one of them was giving us a short demo of the stove and oven, the other one was loading my old stove on the truck. Very professional installation and removal of my old stove. I want anyone to know that they can totally rely on BestBuy installation and removal of existing appliance.

Curteous and professional. Adjustments to cabinet opening made as crew had tools and suplies on the truck. :)
