On Time

They had two guys remove old unit from laundry but asked me where I wanted new unit. They said they are not suppose to take new unit out of the box but just drop it at your home. I said no way. Put in laundry which they did after a little fussing.

They did it with such professionalism and were finished in less than 30 minutes.

The men who delivered the new washer and hauled away the old one were very very careful not to damage anything in the process. They cleaned up and took all the boxes and paper with them. Very pleased.

Remove the old stuff easy

Just do yourself a favor. You're not going to sell the old thing, get real. Best buy has this down to a science. Agents were communicative and professional. Great trouble shooters in an old condo building's plumbing. Value.
