One man was all it took to bring in the new dishwasher and two to remove the old one. The new one is very lite and easy to move around when making the water, drain and electric connections. Super quite! I run it in the middle of the night and just forget about it.

The installation guys hauled our old microwave away. No muss no fuss.

I had a very very heavy Sony Z9D 65inch TV. I was not looking forward to getting rid of it on my own but Best Buy made it super easy. I needed another tv anyways so with my order I selected pick up older item. They dropped off my tv and took my Old broken Z9D parts and all. I know it will be recycled properly now.

Very efficient, unhooked my old washer and dryer quickly and hooked the new ones up. Took the old ones right out the door and hauled them off. Just what I wanted.

I had Best Buy haul away my old fridge when they delivered my new one, and they did a perfect job. I was happy not to have to deal with discarding of the old fridge.

Willie & Marcus were courteous, conscientious, efficient and arrived early! They unhooked my old refrigerator and removed it quickly even through a tight space. Willie called my attention to small scratch they put in a wall and told me who to contact for repair or compensation. I followed through and the company compensated me quickly and fairly.

This service is worth it! It beats having to haul off the large appliances yourself and risk damaging your house. The installers were very professional and very mindful not to damage anything. They got both our appliances out at the same time and it took less than 10 mins to unhook and take out.

The two guys who delivered and installed my icemaking fridge were very professional and did a great job. Instead of hauling my old fridge away, they moved it into my storage room which involved removing my storage room door. Still in all, they arrived early and were done and out of hear within a hour.

The geek squad took my old super heavy plasma tv and moved it to another spot in my house, no problem whatsoever. I even offered to let them use a furniture dolly i have. They just picked it up and moved it... very carefully at that.
