Washer and Dryer installation was quick and efficient. These guys came in and knocked it out. I know this was something I would not be able to do myself.... for sure... In addition, they hauled away our 10+ year old washer and dryer... again, something I would not be able to do myself

Two Best Buy staff brought our new Hisense 4K color tv and removed our old 65 inch projection tv from our basement. The old tv was very large and I really thought they would have disassemble the top from base to remove, but they measured and used safety straps to carry it out intact. The cord was cut from the tv prior to removal. It was VERY well worth the $15 removal fee to have it taken care of.

Our old refrigerator was a GE Profile, and the movers said it was one of the heaviest they have ever moved, even with the doors taken off. Despite this, and the fact that it was a very hot day, they did not complain and did a very professional job. Also were on time and courteous.

Got rid of it. Dishwasher is no longer here. They replaced it.

Hauling away a TV on your own is a lot of work! Thankful for the service!

Added this service because I didn't have anywhere to store my old appliances. They brought in the new appliances and removed them. There was no way I would have been able to remove them myself. Very professional service. Highly recommend.

Haul-away service is quick and clean. Un-hook water pipe and electricity line. Then check inside and outside. Move the old washer from 2nd floor to their truck. Total time is less than 10 minutes. Very good service.

What isn't to get about this? It is worth every penny, and you save your back! The service people were professionals in every sense of the word. They were fast, REALLY cleaned up after themselves and let things better than when they arrived.

The team that installed my dishwasher and removed/hauled away my old dishwasher were very professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done.

Service was utilized during the purchase and installation of a new dishwasher in the place of an existing non-functional (due to age) dishwasher. Best Buy subcontractor removed and disposed of the existing dishwasher. No damage or mess. I am very satisfied that I did not need to store, research an appropriate disposal location, load and pay for the disposal at the said location. I feel this service was worth the cost.

Used this service for a washer/dryer and a fridge. The people who came were friendly and didn't give me any trouble but the directions suck. They ideally want you to move/unhook your appliance so they can easily remove it from the premise. As a single 33YO male it was a little tough but not too hard. I can't imagine an elderly person doing this. The installers would probably help but due to what the directions given state.... it does not seem like policy and could result in a complication for those not able bodied. I had removed washer/dryer/fridge and moved them near the front door. Peoples came in removed them and hooked uo new appliances within minutes. Once again.... they might do it all but based on directions they highly reccomend disconnecting/moving appliances.
