Great Installation Team! Doc and his assistant got the job done! Right on time with attention to detail. Took a little extra time to explain machine functions, registration and service call info. Even Carried away the old machine!

They took the old unit out with ease. I wasn’t sure what I was going to have to do with it. There was no way I could move or dispose of it on my own.

We've bought several large appliances from Best Buy over the past few years. The delivery & installation team has always hauled off our old appliance and did great, no issues at all. So worth the money to have them do it vs me trying to do it myself

Removed old appliance and hauled away without incident or damage. The crew had ways to make sure it didn't leak as it was being moved and hauled through the house to the door.

Of course I needed and wanted our old equipment removed and taken away at the same moment that the new washer/dryer were to be delivered and installed. That is exactly what occurred, it all went well. Delivery personnel were very professional.

It was awesome to not have to worry for once about loading the old washer and dryer into the truck. Then driving them out to the dump and risking injury while unloading then. Not to mention all the extra time this saved it was well worth the extra dollars.

Having Best Buy Geek Squad deliver, set up fully operational, instruct me in how to use my new Samsung Series 8 50" LED TV, and haul away our old set was a breeze. Well worth the very reasonable charge. The installer followed all COVID health guidelines during the process.
