I purchased the Haul-Away option for my 16-year-old Sony TV. The Best Buy Delivery personnel took the TV and did so without any complaints (the old TV weighted a lot).

The crew got the dryer unhooked and hauled out with no issues.

The crew that came was VERY professional and courteous! They took great care to not come close to causing any even slight possibility of damage to our home when taking out the old refrigerator and equally careful bringing in the new one.

Delivery Drivers were earlier than their origninal time window. Very professional, fast and courteous.

We had a freezer unexpectedly stop working. We had to use Best Buy's Haul away service. The Gents were fabulous and got that giant freezer out in a flash

Not much to say besides the fact that the person who arrived on time and did a great job of installing my over-the-range microwave also packed and hauled away the old microwave I had replaced. Much easier than dealing with it myself. Highly recommended.

I had just purchased a new flat screen TV! I was worried about how I was going to get rid of the old one because it was a tube TV that was really heavy to me anyway. I was trying to tell the guys to be careful as it was heavy while I was talking one of them had lifted it and carried it up the stairs. I was like wow

The delivery/installation techs called to let us know that they were on the way, which was very appreciated! They were courteous, and installed the new wash tower unit, as well as hauled away our old washer and dryer, quickly and efficiently.

Employees were professional, careful not to damage anything when they hauled old fridge away.

Downside of upgrading equipment is what to do with the old stuff, especially when it's broken and you can't gift it to someone. Since you can't just throw it in the garbage it's sure nice to have picked up at the same time when something new is delivered.

So glad this service is offered. Given my husband's health issues, it would have been near impossible for me to remove the old TV. Geek Squad just wrapped it up and hauled it away when they delivered and installed our new TV. Couldn't be any more pleased with the service.

As requested, Best Buy hauled away our old dishwasher when they installed our new one. No fuss, no muss.

Professional Haul-Away worked very, very well for us. We live in a condo on a high floor, and our new TV had to be replaced due to a power surge problem. The Best Buy team was quick, efficient and professional.
