The haul away went well and they were very careful about not hitting the corners, walls and cupboards on their way out.

Well the haul away service used to be free but now it costs extra. The people who delivered the new dishwasher took away the old one. Not much to say except I needed it gone and now it is.

This was another great Best Buy service! They not only did a complete and easy install, ON TIME, they moved my livingrpom tv to the bedroom and hauled kff the broken bedroom tv with no irritation or attitude which I come across at a lot of customer service programs as a disabled person. Ive used Best Buy again and again and no one has ever been rude or unhelpful or done half the job. Best Buy is one of the only places left with REAL customer service!

they got everything the way we wanted it, and took away the old junk. they were pleasant, funny, and on time with great communication. great experience

The installer came in removed the old dish washer and installed the new dish washer is a matter of minites. When the new dish washer was intatlled they took the time to explain how it works and showed us the manual.

Good job cleans up moved out the old replaced with the new checked for leaks and aged pipes and hoses gave recommendations I was impressed

Bestbuy took away my old fridge and it was the best thing ever not having to lift a finger! The service rep was very professional and wore a mask the whole time. He brought my new fridge in and hauled away the old one.

I had a Kenmore fridge that was probably from the 80's. It came with the house and served me for 4 years untill the shelves and drawers started breaking. Good luck getting those replaced so I went the upgrade route. I dont have a vehicle that can move something that big and i absolutely dont have the money. Thats why this service is one of those necessities for my situation. The guys who came were the same ones who were their to install and hook up the new fridge which is good.

Grateful for the haul-away & recycling of our old single oven - I just didn't have a way to take care of it myself. RKO/Thomas did a great job securing the unit to the appliance dolly and rolling it out without damaging it or our house.

They came right when they said they would, took the old appliance and off they went. Quick, efficient, timely.

The two delivery guys efficiently relocated the old dryer to my front porch with zero fuss. I didn't want to simply junk it or send it the landfill. I sold it for a few bucks to a guy who desperately needed one quick and cheap.

Our 31 year old dryer had to go to make room for a new one. The installers were very efficient removing the old one - didn't bump the walls, etc. When it was moved, there was a lot of old dust and build up on the floor underneath. The installers were super patient and let me clean the floor before installing the new one. Great experience

Delivery and hall away best way to go. I dont have to drag the old one to the dump. It would have been very difficult with two todlers as well.
