the driver was 100% on it he spotted that the door opening to the kitchen was to Narrow for the Fridge and suggested I only measured the fridge placement opening he was correct, He give me the proper kitchen door width for a smooth transaction on the next delivery!

This is something I'd never seen before: When the installation crew took out the old washer and dryer to the curb, an older gentleman driving a beat-up pickup truck with all kinds of junk in the bed stopped in front of my house. After a quick conversation, the installers loaded the machines into the back of the beat-up Chevy truck, and the gentleman drove away. Granted, when the washer and dryer crossed the front door threshold, they were no longer mine, so the guys could do what they wanted with it. Still, it struck me as odd, and I laughed it off after realizing, "Yeah, it's out of my hands."

Quick, friendly, Neat, and Efficient. Would definitely recommend these guys again.

These guys were fast and friendly! Literally from the time they got there, unloaded the new, loaded the old, and left was ten minutes. Really saved a bunch of time. They know what they're doing and have their proper equipment to get the job done efficiently.

They removed the old and that was very refreshing. I have bought 4 appliances from and was glad to have the old one taken away. They were careful taking things in and out f the house.

There’s not much to say for the hall away, except that everything was cleaned up. The old TV was put into the box and carried out and put onto the truck so that I didn’t have to have it laying outside until trash day.

They hauled the old washer away. Before ordering from Best Buy, I had an order with both of the big home improvement chains. One of them charged the same, and one charged $5 less for this service. The thing I preferred about Best Buy's service is that it was treated like an accessory to my order, so rescheduling the washer delivery also rescheduled the haul away service. You would think this would be standard, but the other places I ordered from kept moving my delivery date but the haul away, installation, and hoses wouldn't move with the delivery date. That's partially why I cancelled with the other guys and ordered from Best Buy, who delivered, installed, and hauled my old washer away the next day.

Guys did a great job of removing the old washer and driver, carried them out of the house, no risk of damage to the floors.

This was a great option. I was worried about moving a large tv by myself. Geek Squad moved it to the 2nd floor with ease.

Kenneth and Jan provided exceptional service from Kipawa. They installed my stove and also came back a few days later to remove my old refrigerator after Riverstone Logistics failed to perform what they were paid to do. Beware of Riverstone Logistics. You are warned!!!!
