Very simply -I purchased a new Samsung Electric Range and had my 17 yr old stove hauled away. The process was very easy and happy to see my old stove go bye-bye.

Nice service, but I don't know if you need it. In College Station, people seem to just come by and pick these things up at the curb, but it was nice they got it out of the house!

The guys did a great job. Moved my old refrigerator out where I wanted it. Very professional.

The technician brought the cooktop and installed for us. They did an awsome job!! They are proffessional and answered all questions we had. They also showed us how to use it. Very good service!!!

Learned from prior replacements that it is a pain to remove old appliances and dispose. When the Best Buy team delivered the new, they took out old with same or better care not to damage the house and loaded their truck with them. ----

They picked up my old dryer and hauled it away in the same appointment as the delivery and install. Everything went perfectly smoothly.

And they managed to get the big, heavy fridge out of the second floor kitchen and down a set of twisting stairs without damaging anything, which is all I could ask.

That took old tv away, that was the only good pay of delivery

The two gentlemen that delivered our new oven were friendly, efficient and fast. They unwrapped the new one and carted away the debris, removed the old oven and placed the new one in the best position for hookup.

This is a convenient option I sometimes use if I do not plan on re-selling the appliance I am replacing. Anytime I have used it through Best Buy, it has always gone smoothly. No damage to my home and the guys take it away so I don't have to worry about it.

The old dishwasher was disconnected, removed and the new one installed and runninng in what seemed like record breaking time! The team was professional and courteous.
