This technician was skilled and had no trouble carrying it down steps and out of my house! It had taken 2 men to get it into my house many years prior. So grateful for recycling!!!

There were no complaints and they said it wasn't a problem. This was actually the entire reason I requested delivery of the new TV.

They moved my broken tv in a flash. This is an incredible program offered by Best Buy. Hope I don’t have to break another tv to use them again though.
