Its goid but need to upgrade hd antenna,hardvto find signal

Took back to store course the thing didn't work for me.

there is an issue with this tuner tuning in certain channels in my area (13.1-13.3) while plugged into the xbox. the channels will cut in and out like there is poor signal. the same coax plugged into my tvs built in tuner will tune the same channels perfectly fine. with this hauppage tuner plugged into a pc and using the tuner that way, the same channels also come in fine. I have checked signal quality with the pc application, and signal is measured as good, no errors. so there must be a bug or interference at certain frequencies between the xbox and the tuner. hauppage tech support offered no solution either. best buys return policy is also ridiculously short (15 days) so I guess I'm out of luck.

The antenna that comes with this is cheap and hardly can get a signal if you're not downtown. I guess you're better off getting an extra antenna to connect to this thing otherwise is worthless.

My Xbox One did not find any channels using this tuner and my Mohu antenna (yes I know what I'm doing). Using the same antenna directly through the TV I was able to get almost all broadcast channels. Oh well.

I couldn't get my Xbox One to recognize this, like the instructions said it would. I tried a few different troubleshooting techniques and still nothing. Maybe it was just an isolated incident with me?

I was excited to cut the cable and use the Xbox as a dvr, but was disappointed to find out that all this would give was the ability to pause/rewind the last 30min

Really is not worth it for the price and not convenient. The signal was difficult to obtain and the quality was not there.

According to nvidia this tuner was supposed to work with my shield tv but it did not so I returned it!

This unit can only be used with XBOX and cannot be used as any other digital converter for TV

I picked this up to be able to record TV shows on my Xbox One, unfortunately that is not currently possible! It was advertised in the description on the Best Buy website, but that feature is not yet available.

I experienced a delay with the picture and sound when I started using this. Not sure if it was just one bad adapter, but I returned it and decided to use a regular digital antenna.

Tried multiple times in multiple places and didn't even detect one channel. Very disappointed. Returned to store without any problems great customer sevice

Product didn't work with my xbox one. Called and manufacturer was willing to replace but I chose to just get a refund from Best Buy.

The price would of been good if the supplied antenna found a few channels. But it didn't find a single one. I don't know why, but I was expecting a Leaf antenna. Was I misled? Was there a link on BB site next to product? Or maybe I saw it on Hauppauges site? In any case, it's NOT, it's something you'd see on an old cordless phone. So $50 for just the tuner is kinda steep imo. I ran cable out to an old cheap exterior antenna and picked up 10 channels. The tuner works pretty good. I have noticed when you change the channel for the first 5-10 seconds. Picture gets jumpy and sound might sputter a little. Not sure if it's the tuner or xbox's interface. I do have xbox set up to pause live feed, might be the reason.

Tried using it for 2 hours. Refused to work, tried It On both PC and Xbox One. Do Not get it

TV tuner works as advertised. I can watch free OTA channels. Unfortunately I live to far from the transmitters to get any more than six with a Mohu Sky 60.

This adapter is awesome. Installation is simple, if you can turn on the XBox One, than you can set this up. You will find a 10-mile antenna in the box, I live between Boston and Providence and I was able to receive 8 HD channels with the included antenna. I highly recommend a more capable antenna. Once I switched the antenna out for a 65+ mile option I gained 60 channels in total (between Boston and Providence).

OTG hub connection on Nexus Player updated to Nougat 7.1.1. Works flawlessly using the Live TV app. OTA TV guide, pause, scheduling, and recording. Excellent picture quailty on my 48" bedroom TV with homebuilt attic mounted four gang antenna. Purchased one as cordcutter experiment, and will be purchasing 5 more. A Sling account, a fast ISP, this product, and an Android box running Kodi are all you need to say goodbye to cable forever!

This worked exactly as it says. Easily finds channels and adds them to the list. I bought a larger range antenna though cause 10 miles isn't enough.
