Hey! Pikmin nicely paced, 2D-take on a great series.

So glad Pikmin is back ! Pretty good for a 3ds game.

I didn't finish this but the little bit I played of it was more or less fine - not bad, but not groundbreaking in anyway. I kinda lump this in there with Chibi Robo in that you never get the drive to push on and complete the game.

This game has given my son hours of entertainment.

Pikmin is my all-time favorite game; I've played it to death. It just has so much mysticism and wonder to it all, combined with stressful but rewarding gameplay that feels very unique compared to what's out there. Hey! Pikmin, on the other hand, feels very bland. It's just a semi-platformer puzzle solver that involves you tapping the screen a lot. There's little to no challenge from what I've played so far (I'm on World 3 now). A lot of the wonder from the original Pikmin series is gone; this feels very soulless.
