bike was damaged, wheel wouldnt even enter axle as the bars where somewhat bent.

It was here on time and just as i thought it would be

Works in lightly packed snow! Battery lasts very long.

Not working properly, when power on it doesn’t do anything we try everything the first couple days seems to be working but after that ,sometimes work sometimes not definitely not recommended.

Battery dead on arrival. Support said its not charged... its been 24 hours! It doesnt take 24 hrs to charge to even 10%

To say I’m frustrated would be an understatement. I purchased this bike on 4/29 and it didn’t ship till 5/14. I picked it up, had to pay someone to assemble it and when they finished, we realized the rear rim was broken. I brought it in to Best Buy on 5/24 and they said that bc it was 14 days passed the purchase date that they couldn’t handle it and that I had to go through HeyBike. The manager we spoke to was so rude and refused to do anything to help and said there was nothing he could do. This seems like Best Buy doesn’t stand behind their products. I might as well just purchase any electronics directly though a company bc the headache this has been does not justify the cost. Beyond upset about this. Horrible product and horrible customer service. Oh, and when I called the number the manager gave me for HeyBike, they defer you to have to go through email. So who knows when this will be resolved. I will never shop at Best Buy again.

If you have any issues with the bike Heybike support will give you the run around and you will never get your issue resolved. The bike came with a defective left crank and after 3 weeks of back and forth we ended up spending $90 for a new crank and pedel which should have been free and overnighted. I would suggest Best Buy not sell their products.

It was purchased 09/03/25 and I still haven’t received my bike.

Looks can be deceiving. Looks nice. Had to return mine. It came defective. All the way around.

It almost killed me. Was riding home from work and i brake and turned a corner when error 22 popped up and the throttle kicked in without me hitting it. I crashed and went face first into a tree going like 20mph.

Dont waste your time. Charger gets to hot, super hard to take off the speed limit, and the battery takes 6 hours when it gets hot in 30 minutes.

I got the first bike and it came with the wrong charger then I exchanged it for another one and it also came with the wrong charger, I would avoid this company for wasting peoples time and money

Bike had Factory defect . It was disappointing to see all the codes on the LCD screen right after putting it together . I had higher expectations since the bike seemed to be made out of durable materials.

Cant wait to get it to take it for a spin! We are anxiously waiting for this
