I received a Mars 2.0 for Xmas and I couldn't be happier with my gift. This is my first e-bike and the bike has no problems moving me around at top speed even though I weigh 210 lbs. Assembly was easy and customer service has been super helpful after contacting them via email. I noticed some damage to a component during assembly and customer service quickly promised to make it right, and they did! If you're looking for a first e-bike, do not hesitate and you won't be disappointed. I was so impressed after riding this that I bought a 2nd one on their website for my friend. This thing is so much fun and built like a tank!

I’ve been riding my Heybike for a while now, and it’s been an excellent experience. The assembly was straightforward, with no issues at all. The battery life is impressive, and the motor makes navigating hills and long distances much easier. This bike is ideal for city commuting. It’s lightweight, easy to maneuver, and allows me to avoid traffic without getting exhausted. I’ve also received many compliments on its stylish design. It’s comfortable to ride on various surfaces, making it a versatile option for all kinds of roads. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my Heybike. It has definitely made traveling around the city more enjoyable and efficient. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and fun way to get around.

We did test rides on several different ebikes and found we like the ride of Heybikes best. We purchased 2 Heybikes a year ago and we’re so glad we did, we absolutely love them. We took them west last summer and gave them a workout in all the national parks we visited. We rode them on the roads of the Grand Canyon, Zion and Yosemite plus the Coeur D’Alenes bike trail in Idaho and the Mickelson trail in South Dakota and so many others. Cruised around our campgrounds, took them for picnics and had so much fun. These bikes exceeded our expectations! They easily climbed any hill and smoothly cruised along the straightaways. Sturdy, dependable, comfortable solid ride with a super range. Heybikes customer support is the best support I’ve experience in a long time. Had a question about a noise, they help diagnose it and provided detailed guidance on how to fix it. Fantastic customer service! If you are shopping for an ebike, look no further. The Heybike product and support is the best.

I recently bought the Heybike Mars 2.0, and I absolutely love it! This bike is powerful, smooth, and incredibly stable. It handles trails and steep hills surprisingly well, which really impressed me. The design is sleek and cool — I’ve had people turn their heads to check it out when I’m riding around. It’s also strong enough to carry two people, which makes it super convenient for me and my sister. One thing to note is that for someone like me who’s 5’1”, getting on the bike can be a bit tricky, but once I’m on, it rides like a dream. Overall, it’s a fantastic bike for both city rides and outdoor adventures. Highly recommend it!

I purchased my Hey Bike Mars 2.0 back in August of 2024. Although I had initially had some issues with the assembly of the purchased bike, with Best Buy's assistance, I was finally able to sort out my concerns to make the bike fully functionable. The bike has proven to be very dependable and fun to ride. It meets my expectations for both distance and speed of travel. Based on the success of this bike, my grandson has recently purchased the new model Hey Bike Tyson which is a major step above the original Mars 2.0. I would also note that the customer service staff have been very helpful in sorting out some issues associated with my screen and brake lever.

I have 3 Heybikes now I just cant seem to get enough of these bikes. I bought used the Limited Edition Mars 2.0 last year and that got me hooked, then when the Ranger S came out I moved to that model it was faster and easy to assemble. Then just recently I ordered the Blue/Black Horizon also easy to assemble, very fast and the addition of the rear shock suspension has made it very comfortable. I'm 77yrs old and feel like a kid when im on my bikes, wife says I need to stop I told her I'll try but no guarantees

I’ve had Heybikes since they first came on the market and have over 10k miles combined on several bikes. I’ve had a great experience with both the product and customer service. Early on I needed a replacement part and customer service sent it right away. The bikes are quality-built and are comfortable and reliable. I ride 40-50 miles daily in Denver metro and enjoy every moment of it!

I bought a Heybike several weeks ago. I've had a positive experience with the purchase process and with customer service after the purchase. The bike itself is comfortable and well-made. Overall, buying a Heybike has been one of the best purchases I've made in a long time.

Heybike makes many different models to suit one's needs. I own two of their Cityrun models. I'm 68 years old and enjoy leisurely riding. I selected the Cityrun because it is a cruise-style bike that doesn't require the rider to be hunched over as if they are competing in the Tour de France. I watched many reviews and all the Heybike models get excellent reviews.

The only reason I give it a 4 star I had to return the bike because the battery would not charge. But overall my husband loves the bike.

This e-bike is seriously awesome. I've been having a blast cruising around on it. The motor is super powerful, which is great for tackling hills. I've been able to explore some new trails and really enjoy the scenery. I love how the bike folds up – it makes it so easy to store in my apartment. The range is pretty impressive too, I've been able to go on some pretty long rides without having to worry about running out of juice. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend the Heybike Mars 2.0 to anyone looking for a fun and capable e-bike.

Hello, i purchased this bike back in September 2024, when i first used it it felt amazing. But a month later i started noticing an issue with the battery life and how long i could ride for. I always make sure ti charge if for 7 hours or even mkre but it seens i can barley get to my destination without it dying. I mainly use it to go to work which is about 9-10 mintues away from my house and about 3-4 miles. I dont know why but the moment i start riding on speed 4, i already lose one bar of battery, by time j get to work its down to 2 bars, thats wifh peddle assistance. On speed 5 is even worse. My bike has died multiple times while i was using speed 5, i always have to bring my charger to work otherwise i’d be stuck with walking the bike all the way home in almost freezing weather. While riding on speed 5, it barely lasts for 5 mintues without draining the battery completely. I dont know if im just doing something wrong or if my bike is just defective, also, the bike came with a key but it does nothing for it, it doesnt lock the bike or prevent it from turning on, its a joke. I had the 1st modle heybike and it was infinitely better than this one. I was actually able to go places without worrying about the battery and whats crazy is that i could sometimes forget to charge it and still have enough battery to get to work and back and still have battery life. Does anyone know where i can find a 1st modle at? Cause id much rather have that, the onlt differense is speed which is laughable. ive been trying to get in contact with support from the company but they said j need to get in contact with best buy first?

Great bike, i love the power and the space saving folding feature

We've had our CityScape heybike for about 4 years now! We love it! With different speed options, full electric, full pedal or a combination of both, we're confident that our heybike will get us where we're going! The battery lasts a long time and has not depleted over these 4 years. We have added 2 different kinds of baby and little kid seats to the back, with a little DIY customization. When we lost the keys, heybike support made it really easy for us to order a replacement and we were back on the road within a few days! We will keep rocking this bike at least 4 more years and we're looking to heybike for our next e-bike. The only question we have when it comes to heybike is if we should get the Ranger S or Horizon next.

This heybike is amazing. gives me no problems, ridws perfect and smooth, takes off the moment i ride and gets me to my places without issues. I love it.

Really like this bike so far. I got the combo deal with two bikes one for me and one for my wife. We have had a lot of fun with them so far. We look forward to using them all summer. The quality of the bike exceeded my expectations. They're very well built.

Wow!! I am blown away at how good this bike is, especially for the price. Rides smooth. Easy to adjust the throttle speed. Battery life is better than I thought it would be. Fantastic eBike!!
