This Heybike Mars. 2.0 is trash. Since i got this bike in August the battery doesn't work and best buy on here selling defective products and you cannot return this bike. Its been a headache going back and forth with heybike to get a new battery. This whole experience and this bike trash. I will never buy anything from bestbuy nor heybike. I bought the mars. 1.0 no problems. I spent 1,000 on a piece a trash smh bestbuy most definitely got me. You buy this bike no matter whats wrong with it bestbuy won't help. Its like they're selling the last of the lot which it defective bikes. Shame on you bestbuy for selling this bike and you wont make it right nuts.

Best purchase I’ve ever made in my life not only can I get to work in a timely manner with the quality of this bike is crazy. I’ve never experienced something like this and I’m happy I purchased it. Thank you Best Buy.

Doesn’t go 28mph app is useless and the keys are only for locking the battery in place. the indicator on the battery isn’t the same as indicator on the screen. It’s up to you to determine which one you’ll go by. Bike was slightly damaged when I received it back brake may need adjusting

The bike worked pretty well and still is after a couple months of bad weather here and there just was frustrating in the beginning because the battery and key was messed up.

This bike quick gets up to 31mph. Fun use it everyday to get back and forth to work hasn’t failed me yet

I love my hey bike and most of all the protection that Best Buy gives me.Hey bike is amazing runs fast and goes thru everything.

Excellent bike for light grocery runs. The Price to Quality is fair. Lasts a couple days at full speed with no peddling. Extended time to maybe a month at half that with peddling. I bought this bike specifically for the weight capacity.

Could not be happier with the Haybike. Everything I was looking for in a collapsible e-bike. The family enjoys the bike each time we bring it out. Can’t wait to hit the mountain!

I am super happy with this bike! I can now venture 4x my normal range on my mountain bike without braking a sweat! I did a 18 mile ride on pedal assist 2 holding a 13 mph pase and at the end still showed 100% battery remaining. Only thing I recommend is to take your time putting together. I needed to adjust the brakes and fine tune comfort items after putting together.

Had bike a few weeks with over 100 miles all off road and bike performs well. I had one question that customer service answered promptly and followed up to make sure everything was good

This bike was originally purchased for my son as a birthday gift. After convincing him that it was a weekend rental that we had to share the weekend before his birthday, which was midweek, he raved about how he wanted nothing more to have one for his birthday. After the weekend was over i his it and gave it him on his birthday and HE... WAS... ECSTATIC!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY so was I; for him and because i fell in love with it also. So, when my son told me i should get one also so that we can ride together and that it would also save me money on gas it wasnt much convincing needed... i bought another!

I like the bike and I figured out how to put it together. However, the battery has a faulty connection in the switch and I have not been able to use the bike as I have been exchanging emails and videos they ask me to take of what I am doing, I have asked for a new battery, but am waiting for their response to the last video I sent showing how the battery connects very sporadically.
