Hello, i purchased this bike back in September 2024, when i first used it it felt amazing. But a month later i started noticing an issue with the battery life and how long i could ride for. I always make sure ti charge if for 7 hours or even mkre but it seens i can barley get to my destination without it dying. I mainly use it to go to work which is about 9-10 mintues away from my house and about 3-4 miles. I dont know why but the moment i start riding on speed 4, i already lose one bar of battery, by time j get to work its down to 2 bars, thats wifh peddle assistance. On speed 5 is even worse. My bike has died multiple times while i was using speed 5, i always have to bring my charger to work otherwise i’d be stuck with walking the bike all the way home in almost freezing weather. While riding on speed 5, it barely lasts for 5 mintues without draining the battery completely. I dont know if im just doing something wrong or if my bike is just defective, also, the bike came with a key but it does nothing for it, it doesnt lock the bike or prevent it from turning on, its a joke. I had the 1st modle heybike and it was infinitely better than this one. I was actually able to go places without worrying about the battery and whats crazy is that i could sometimes forget to charge it and still have enough battery to get to work and back and still have battery life. Does anyone know where i can find a 1st modle at? Cause id much rather have that, the onlt differense is speed which is laughable. ive been trying to get in contact with support from the company but they said j need to get in contact with best buy first?

We've had our CityScape heybike for about 4 years now! We love it! With different speed options, full electric, full pedal or a combination of both, we're confident that our heybike will get us where we're going! The battery lasts a long time and has not depleted over these 4 years. We have added 2 different kinds of baby and little kid seats to the back, with a little DIY customization. When we lost the keys, heybike support made it really easy for us to order a replacement and we were back on the road within a few days! We will keep rocking this bike at least 4 more years and we're looking to heybike for our next e-bike. The only question we have when it comes to heybike is if we should get the Ranger S or Horizon next.

Really like this bike so far. I got the combo deal with two bikes one for me and one for my wife. We have had a lot of fun with them so far. We look forward to using them all summer. The quality of the bike exceeded my expectations. They're very well built.

This heybike is amazing. gives me no problems, ridws perfect and smooth, takes off the moment i ride and gets me to my places without issues. I love it.

Wow!! I am blown away at how good this bike is, especially for the price. Rides smooth. Easy to adjust the throttle speed. Battery life is better than I thought it would be. Fantastic eBike!!

i just got the mars 2.0 this is been my 3rd day on it and sp far i have to say its a comfy ride. i think i was more worried about the assembling part of the bike but i have to admit it was easy and quick!

Buy the Heybike has changed my life for better without any doubt. I can go fast and safe to buy my stuff any time, especially the seat of my bike is very comfortable.

I wouldn’t choose this bike if I read all reviews from below. I bought this electric bike on 8/15/24, battery is draining incredibly fast right now! It can only run around 10 miles long with fully charged battery. I called the Best Buy, the customer service told me I can’t return or exchange because it’s already passed two-month window. The gave me the Heybike customer service number. I called, but no response. I sent an email to the HeyBike, still waiting! I feel Best buy should stand up for their membership customers.

We love our Heybikes. They are made really well and of good quality. We have tried other e bikes and these are superior!

I love my bike, I bought it for hunting on state land and can't be happier

It worked once. Tool it to authorized bime shop to diagnose it. Heybike gave their ow authorized technicians a hard time and me. First gey saud they had all the parts in stock now they say they dont. They wont replace the bike or the one part it needs even though it wont ve available for months. Theu reduse to take it off another bike or even confirm that they will replace it ehen it is available. The bike only worked one time. Its junk. Thats why its probably on sale.
