Great bike for the price. We took it across Missouri on the Katy Bike Trail for our first trip.

I purchased 2 Hey bikes. The folding standing of the bikes do not make sense . They seem like the will fall if not leaning them against something.. Also one of the bikes has an issue. It will accelerate on its own when coming to a full stop . It displays an error on the screen. They don’t get used a lot. Very disappointing.

    Battery charger plug is wrong

Battery charger plug does not fit into the battery. I contacted the Heybike support, they even have not responded. I read so many issues like this but no solution is advised. Ensure the charger fits into the plug prior to bringing the bike out of the store; or don’t buy it.

The screen was broken and would glitch on and off multiple times before working. The charging cord was too small to fit into the batter to charge. Heybike would replace the charger, so I took it back.

The Heybike Mars 2.0 is everything I was looking for in a foldable e-bike and more! It offers a smooth, powerful ride with impressive speed and acceleration reaching up to 28 mph effortlessly. The 45-mile range is perfect for commuting, running errands, or weekend adventures without constantly worrying about recharging. What really sets this e-bike apart is its convenience. The folding design is quick and compact, making storage and transport super easy. Despite being foldable, it feels very sturdy and well-built, and the fat tires handle a variety of terrains with ease from city streets to light trails. The controls are intuitive, the display is clear, and the pedal-assist levels give you flexibility depending on how much effort you want to exert. Plus, the fact that it’s UL certified gives me extra peace of mind when it comes to safety. I’ve been recommending the Mars 2.0 to friends and family, it’s fun, practical, and totally worth the investment!

    Great E-bile for Rving

In June 2024 I bought a Heybike Tyson. I love this bike. I am an older person and love to ride bikes as I travel. This bike is the best bike for RVing, as we go places where there are walking and biking trails. It easy to use and comfortable to ride. The Heybike customer service is great as they answered all my questions. The bike was packaged in a manner that kept it from damage during shipping. Thank you Heybike for all the efforts to develop the Tyson and make for a wonderful riding machine.

    Mars 2.0 fast, fun, biker

I purchased a Mars 2.0, and overall, I’m very pleased! The bike itself is fantastic—super fast, great quality, smooth performance, and a solid design that makes every ride enjoyable. Shipping was impressively fast, which was a huge plus. The only downside is the app. While it works, it could definitely use some improvements to make it more user-friendly and intuitive. With a few updates, it could really match the high quality of the bike. That said, I would still highly recommend Heybike for their excellent product and service!

One of the best ebikes. Easy to assemble, seems high quality, and easy to use. Plenty of power and gets the range. My favorite feature is the heavy duty rack and the fact that you can get accessories for it on the heybike website.

This is my first e-bike and I’m very happy with it. It arrived quickly and was fairly easy to put together. The bike is so fun to ride and goes fast! Loving it so far! Customer service has been great also. The horn on my headlight wasn’t working when originally put together but they sent a new one in no time that worked perfectly. I would recommend.

Between me and my husband, we have ordered 4 different bikes from Heybike! My first bike, the Cityscape, was a wonderful beginners bike. I put on 1,000 miles. I recently purchased the Horizon and am waiting for spring to come. The bikes come very well packaged and are easy to install. Customer service has been great! I would recommend this brand to everyone!

First e bike purchase, went for a less expensive one. Brought it for my wife so she wont touch my truck. Smooth ride, pretty fast, its ok going up hill. Battery drains pretty quick but thats because i drive on 5 speed. I love it nd my wife loves it. Mine came a bit damaged but its nothing that gets in the way of the ride

Great quality and durable. The battery life has been good so far and it rides smoothly. The bike did come with one tire flat but once we fixed that, it worked like a charm. The bike folds but not enough to comfortably fit in my car. I have a mid-sized sedan and we have a lot of trouble getting it in and out of both the trunk and back seat. This shouldn’t be a problem for a larger vehicle though. The folding configuration of the bike is still convenient for storing it in the home.

Great bike. Came from an electric scooter and glad I Made the switch! Amazing range, great speed, durable, portable and easy to take around in my car and feels much safer on the roads than riding a scooter. The only “issues” I had came with the chain and brakes. I had to do a lot of fine tuning of the derailleur to get the chain to stop slipping and I still have slight issues with the Highest gear. I cannot seem to figure it out. Also had to adjust the brake lever tension a few times. I feel like these are issues I should have had to deal with. This bike was not cheap and having to figure out that stuff was annoying as I felt it should have been perfect out of the box. Also, sometimes the front brake sort of click when going fast and then hitting the brake. Not sure if that’s an issue I should be concerned about. Other than that it’s a really good bike and I’m very happy with the purchase.

    Heybike Mars 2.0 experience

The Heybike Mars 2.0 shows up mostly assembled, a big plus. You’ll need to attach the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and maybe adjust the brakes, but overall it’s a smooth setup—about 30–45 minutes if you’re comfortable with basic tools. Once it’s built, the bike feels solid. The frame is beefy but foldable, and the fat tires give it an off-road look with real street comfort. It’s not light, but the folding feature is useful if you need to stash it in a trunk or tight space. On the road, the 750W motor delivers solid acceleration. It’s quick off the line and handles hills better than most in its class. Pedal assist is responsive, and the throttle gives you full control when you want it. The ride is smooth, thanks to the suspension and wide tires, though the weight can be felt when cornering or stopping fast. Battery life is decent—20 to 30 miles with throttle-only, more if you’re pedaling. The display is clear, and the controls are intuitive. It’s a fun, practical ride for urban commutes, weekend cruising, or light trails.

Overall this is a good enough product. I had some issues with mine. First off. The battery. It is not a good one. If you get this. Buy yourself a backup or replacement battery. The range. While the range of this bike is good for what I need. It is also a lie. It says the product can go up to 40 miles on a single charge. Mine barely makes it half that on a single battery and the battery takes a long time to charge Other than that. This is a wonderful product. Everything comes pre assembled. You just have to attach the front wheel and the backmount.

I soon as I received my package I was thrilled with the fast delivery no delays nor was my box mistreated. Upon opening the box I quickly noticed the beauty of the material, strong and sleek! Assembling was longer than I expected as I did not want to scratch or strip the parts but not long after was she up and running. WOW, my bike hit speeds and I had such a fun rush. 10/10 for comfort, speed and safety. After I realized how to Bluetooth my bike and had some experience with the 20mph factory setting, I was able to cranked my speed to 28mph. Driving pass speed checks also docked my speed accurately and over all. I love my bike. I drive it to work under 10 miles and also around my city. Great investment! We love this bike so much my hubby grab one a week later. I wish there was a discount when you buy two or an incentive somehow but overall greatly satisfied.

Using just the throttle itself, my Mars 2.0 went up to 30 right off the bat! Luckilly, I got this on sale for. $1,000+, but this bike is worth it even at almost $2,000. On a full charge, youll actually go the more distnce AND speed than the GoTrax Z4 Pro, which I had initially traded in because of tire issues. Acceleration does not increxe on dirt, grass or gravel and uphill. You will find the ride, almoat like an actual vehicle with the front shocks and hydraulic seat, better ride than thenHeyBike Tyson, originally for $1,600+. This is worth the price and the product.
