It works good just sometimes when it hits a bump the battery just comes out and shuts off the whole e bike. It works for offroad and on road. The maximum it goes is 28 and is a pretty good speed for a bike like that

I’ve been riding this e-bike for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly changed how I get around day to day. The assist feels smooth and natural—not jerky like some others I’ve tried—and it kicks in exactly when you need it, especially on hills. I still feel like I’m getting a workout, just without arriving everywhere completely drained. Battery life has been better than I expected. I can go several days of regular riding before even thinking about charging it, and when I do, it doesn’t take forever. The build quality feels solid too—no weird rattling or cheap parts—and it handles bumps and rough patches without feeling unstable. One thing I really appreciate is how comfortable it is for longer rides. The seat and riding position make a difference, and I don’t feel sore after being out for an hour or more. It’s also surprisingly quick off the line, which makes riding in traffic feel a lot safer. If I had to nitpick, it’s a little heavier than a regular bike, but that’s kind of expected with e-bikes. Once you’re moving, you don’t notice it anyway. Overall, it’s been a great purchase. I find myself choosing it over my car for short trips, which says a lot.

I purchased 2 Heybike RangerS E-bikes and could not be happier. The bikes have great battery life and are comfortable to ride. If you are looking to purchase an E-bike I would suggest you look at Heybike and pick your favorite!! These bikes have made riding a bike fun again.

My family and I have three HeyBikes and absolutely love them. We’ve taken them on vacations at the beach, and love riding them on our local bike trail. You won’t he disappointed! Very high quality.

Just got one of these ebikes very powerful.eats hills at any hight.but battery not so powerful the bike is great for the price but if you pick this bike up your going to need to invest into a second battery.gets you form point A to b,but not for local joy riding unless you can stop and charge or you have a back up battery on hand.over all.its a good bike maybe the best foldable ever

I overall love it just dont like that it seems to slow down when batter gets low, and the lower it gets the more it slows down. Initially when i got it the speedometer didnt work but they sent me the part (that turned out to be the whole back tire) that was able to fix it, free of charge and i didnt have to return the original part the app to connect it to has issues but everything works enough to still use it

Great bike, well built, fun to ride and has many great features. Not sure you can purchase a better quality bike for the price. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because is still a little bulky when it’s folded but other than that, I am extremely pleased with the purchase.

I took this bike off-roading with my buddies who have 250cc dirt bikes and this this is very slow compared to that but I could always keep up and there was nothing i couldn’t do that they did. In fact I was able to do a little more 120 off-road miles on it and it’s still going strong Con: the bike does not like hills that much but could also be i used bike not how it was properly designed for but it still worked

if i'm still good a year from now it was a decent purchase if i'm good 2+ years with only replacing the batteries tires and such it was good. but it's only been 6 months so ride is alright one of my kick stand screws/mini bolt yeeted itself on a ride had to replace with strong screws. people on facebook have the motor screws coming out. i have yet to have that problem. tires only last about 700 miles. So as a commuter have money for replacing those. i don't brake much i just lift and coast most of the time. brakes r for danger. range is alright as long as ur not going top speed everywhere and esp up a hill. other than that i guess not terrible for the price but just check ur screws and bolts folks.

Puchased for my 15 year old. For his first bike it is great quality. Only downside is the manual not easy for mom to follow. Purchasing it from best buy was great choice we ordered it online and they brought it right out to our vehicle which was great!

What I like about this bike is this its meant for trails and sometimes road too. But the one thing I dislike about this bike is the mile range I personally feel like it should have a longer distance for better experience but that just my opinion because some people like short rides and some don’t

The bike was awesome, the speed is great, the torque is just right, the suspension is out of the world. I love it for the time I had it. I had an issue where the battery didn’t want to go into the slot, it kept getting stuck, I couldn’t lock it. Other then the battery issue this bike is great, if they put the battery inside of the frame that would make it perfect.

This is a very solid bike, it is peppy and versatile, it has a very comfortable ride thanks to its fat tires, the suspension is also very compliant, and in addition, it has a very nice range. The only problem I am seeing is the battery, it is very delicate and in the first weeks the battery just failed on us without we knowing what happened. So the Bike is great, the drawback is that. I won't be able to recommend it because the battery iis a pain, SADLY, because else, this bike punches above it's weight.

I ride my bike for a hour to college and a hour back. Charging it in between is mandatory but it’s fun and exciting. I feel like I’m preparing myself for a motorcycle when I go the fastest speed. A must buy if you’re thinking about saving money on gas.

I say this bike is pretty good the only thing that I don't like is that when you have pettal assist on it take like 2 seconds to kick on iv all most crashed because of it but the bike is excellent for big guy like me 290 can still hit it's max mph of 27 so lovely would re

Love the bike. Top speed I have made it to is 28. I plan to ride 11 miles to work and back. July 2 I will make the trek. Rode around 2 miles at a time so far 6 times. Comfortable for sure. I’ll post more after riding it to work!

I have had this bike for 3 months and have been riding it for about a month in total time I love the way the bike looks and rides,good quality and everything else i have no problems with Having said that, customer service is a different story I bought the bine and within 2 weeks the battery died on me, I know it happens,God nows how long that battery had been sitting the before I bought it,when I called te company they had ne take pics and videos to show them,wich I did, then after they were convinced of the obvious,they said we’ll replace the battery BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING, I tried to pmead my case to no avail,basically it was PAY FOR THE SHIPPING or just pedal your bike when you use it, so I was extorsioned to pay the $60 shipping for a part that came defective from their company,THEN it took 2 months before I got the battery delivered, I know things cone from China but the way they handled it was wrong,I really hope they get better customer service because I am planning on buying another bike from them

This bikes are honestly amazing, it’s my first time buying an electric bike and I didndnt get disappointed at all , great battery , lighting, shocks are great , can’t go wrong with them ! I’m thinking of purchasing another for my wife ! Highly recommend it .

Great Electric Bike, very durable and has a simplier set up when building. The bike has an app to be able to locate your bike and adjust how fast you want the bike to go. Over all a nice bike would recommend to others
