I own LG and Samsung TVs and was trying to save a little money but in my opinion it wasn’t worth the save. Tomi TVs have to much clutter.

Not good for satellite

Having a Roku TV means you have to use 2 remotes, the TV remote to turn the TV on and the satellite remote to use for certain other features. Would like to use one remote. Will never get a Roku TV again. Salesman didn't know or preferred not to tell me that it wasn't good with Direct TV.

Good except unexpected sound variations

Posted .Hello Hisense Customer, Thank you for your interest in the 40H4F. We're sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the sound on your unit. Please try performing a factory reset on the unit. To perform a factory reset, navigate to Settings > System > Advanced system settings > Factory reset, and then highlight Factory reset everything. Read the information on the screen to make sure you understand what this reset operation does. To proceed with the full factory reset, use the on-screen number pad to enter the code displayed on the screen, and then select OK to proceed. When the factory reset operation completes, the TV restarts and displays the first Guided Setup screen. If this does not resolve the issue please give us a call at 1-888-935-8880 or email us at [email protected].
