Since its a smart tv, only way to use it is ny downloading an app for the remote... whuch doesnt do everything. I was told i had 30 days to return, but cant get through to the store I purchased it from. Support line sats the store is not taking calls??? And there is a 15 day return??

Google interface is very busy and clumsy to navigate. Sound from internal speakers is poor, but that is typical. Haven't been to impressed with Hisense in the past, but seems like they are becoming a strong contender.

I would have bought another tv without the GoogleTV. I have to unplug this tv just to record my shows or this smart tv shuts it down and no recording.
