Well my first TV arrived but it was damaged, part of the screen had colorful thin lines on the right side so likely got hit or something in transit, but Best Buy quickly remedied the situation and sent me a new one and that one was and still is perfect a year later. I love this TV and the Google OS is awesome, the colors are vibrant, the sound quality is great, and it is the perfect size for where I placed it. I never have to restart and it never freezes up or gives me any tech issues. Great price for a nice TV.

I've owned this TV for almost 1 month. Overall, a nice TV for a good price (Black Friday price). My only issues (so far) with this TV are the remote and the lack of specific documentation. The remote is not what I would consider a 'full function' remote. I doesn't have numeric keys (0-9) and not many 'shortcut' keys for common functions. I watch 50% of TV over-the-air, so not being able to change channels easily is a nuisance. In order to change channels, set sleep timer, enable/disable Closed Captions, or other common functions, you're forced to go 2-4 levels deep into the Menus. I could find little to no documentation for this model - even at the Hisense website. The TV comes with a generic Quick Setup Guide. You must scan a QR code to get on 'online' manual. I prefer a 'real' manual, or (at least) a downloadable .pdf version. Any manual I could find online was not specific to this model. They were just generic Hisense manuals.

I use this for my pc set up and needed something big to do my recording/editing/streaming apps/ and something good to play games on that isnt my monitor. I have a great monitor a $600 monitor but theres something more immersive playing open world games that are slower or just more grand feeling when played on this 43’ 4k. Heres my set up. It is a 28’ 4k Gigabyte gaming monitor and my side monitor is the Acer 24’ 1080p for reference. This is a great buy at $160! This is a deal that slips under the scene! Grab one before theyre all gone. Great for gaming my mouse responds fast and quick. Now i can watch NFL sunday games and watch movies at the comfort of my desk and set. I bought this to replace my old Toshiba on my desk which I had been using as a monitor and for my PS4. This works great for both. The 4K screen is sharp and bright and works great with my laptop for a larger monitor. I especially like the Bluetooth speaker support so I can connect it to my Logitech speakers w/ sub for movies or to my Jabra headphones for gaming at night on the PS4.
