    If you enjoy waiting a half an hour for the tv to turn on and load whichever app you want to get into then this one is for you. Picture quality is average. You definitely get what you pay for with this one. We bought for kids room for movies and cartoons. Would recommend trying something else.

    I like this tv but it is hard to understand how to use it. When you are on YouTube the volume goes way up when there is an ad.

    the tv refuses to work correctly with my directv streaming devices when i push the volume button the tv jumps to other menus its a shame because it does deliver a nice picture, rejected my directv tv streaming devices.

    AVOID, TV turns on in the middle of the night

    I bought this tv because my sister had Hisense TV for many years. Howver, i would not recommend. The tv turns on by itself in the middle of the night, usally twice. Apparently this is a common issue with this brand, which i found out after a quick google search. Based on what others have said this happens when you have a device plugged into the tv (i.e. apple tv). It does not seem like there is a solution to the problem other than unplugging the TV everynight , which is not ideal. Unfortunately, i bought this tv and mounted it and threw out the box so i dont think Best Buy will let me return it, but I’m still going to try.

    2 months old and already filing a warranty claim

    bought it for Christmas and already has horizontal lines across the bottom quarter of the screen. Hopefully Hisense honors their warranty! I have a much higher end model Hisense as well and no issues with it.

    Quits working after 6 months

    TV was working great for 6 months then quit working. First, the HDMI ports stopped displaying my game consoles. Then, about a month later, the TV wouldn't turn on all together. Tried contacting Hisense, but they didn't help much. This is the first and last time I trust Hisense. Very disappointed in them.

    I regret purchasing this TV. After 3 months, the TV will not connect via WIFI, and in order to watch the TV you need to connect via ethernet. Otherwise you will be watching local channels if you have an antenna. I contacted the company for warranty support and have not heard from them in months. I will never again purchase this tv. Trying to get money back

    Good tv for movies but bad for gaming

    I just set up the tv and when i connected a gaming consol to it the screen goes black whenever i click on a game to play at first i thought it was the cord and i switch led a couple of hdmi cords to no avail. Then i messed around with the picture settings and still the screen is black. The only fix i could find was either switching inputs or manually changing the the picture mode every single time i switch games

    The TV has not been opened, but the price dropped from 180 to 160. The online price match support will only allow one price adjustment. I bought 2 TVs so I will return them to the store and repurchase at the lower price.
