Purchased last weekend after looking at multiple reviews and going in planning on purchasing a 1080p LED. So far I am extremely happy with the quality of picture. Sure it isn't top of the line 4K with a lightnight fast refresh rate but at the price point it matches up or was better than anything I was comparing. Impressed with the sound quality as well. Currently have it mounted on the wall. HDMI ports x4! Would give 4-4.5 stars at this point.

I have several other TVs Sharp, LG, Samsung. This TV is better than all of them. The picture is amazing, super easy setup, and the sound is the best I have heard on any TV I've ever had. I will buy this brand again over the big names.

Fair warning..YOU CANNOT GET HULU ON THIS UNIT. But I just plug in my Fire stick to solve that. Easy set ip, even the stands were easy to attach. I highly reccommend

Great Price. Great Picture! And at half the price of a Samsung!

While the picture on this is beautiful so far (purchased less than a week ago) it is unable to receive 4k from our PS4 Pro. We get a message from the PS4 telling us that the TV only supports 2k and that this may be possible to change in the TV's settings. There is no way to change this in settings. We called Hisense customer support and they said it needs a firmware update, which would take two days to email to us. It's four days later and the only email we have received is to tell us there is no firmware update available for this model. They asked for details of what we are unable to get 4k from, so I sent a picture of the message we are receiving and explained the situation again. I have heard nothing back since. Lost a star for the HDR incompatibility and lost a star for bad customer service. We are considering returning the TV at this time, as we paid more for 4k and if we can't utilize it we may as well pay less. The picture quality at the 2k level is about the same as what we observed on the 1080p models in store. It's funny (not haha) because the Best Buy employee talked us into this TV because it would look so much better playing our PS4 in 4k... Also note that if you don't plan to put this on the wall the feet are not very stable. Can cause a bit of anxiety with kids or pets. Bit of a pain to get out of the box too, as it explicitly says not to press on the screen and yet there are no handholds at all. We were told not to lay the box down, but that ended up being the only way to extricate the TV safely.

i've only had this tv for a few days, plugged it in with no problems at all. beautiful picture and good sound. great tv with a great price.

great tv, it's lasted 4 years now, and is starting to fade a bit into the blue spectrum, dimmer lights, but this thing is on all of the time, for pc and gaming/editing etc, even music at night (black bg). It has a strange pattern in 4k 60hz when looking at details on bright white areas, a striped super thin barely noticeable hum or maybe how the rgb (or bgr on this i forget). still, a fast response, good monitor over the years, not color correct though at all, and can't photoshop on it but still, for the price at the time, totally worth it. The new hisense monitors / tvs in 2021 blow this one away.

We just recently upgraded to a smart tv from a regular HD. This TVs quality is amazing. I highly recommend it.

Great tv the picture is amazing. When we first got the tv I was a little discouraged because everything looked like a generic soap opera. You can turn the soap opera effect off in settings. It will be under ultra smooth motion. The only thing bad about this tv is I can't find the Hulu app. I'm hoping that there is a way to add it, but not having any luck. Take my advice this tv will amaze you.

It was a new model without review when bought it but was a good deal. Very High quality picture and sound. Very smart and easy access to movies and tv series...slim and beautififul as well.

This tv was way better than I thought it would be. You can feel the 4K difference instantly, My eyes are so much more comfortable with this tv then my old 32" 1080p

It was an unexpected passing. The picture went out first and minutes later the sound died. I could see there was a power source because of the red light. I tried everything - reset, plug, unplug, remote battery replacement, but unfortunately it didn't recover. Overall, it was a decent tv and I was satisfied with it for the five years that it lasted. I just wish I had more time.

Panasonic Plasma failed. I did not want to break the bank. Did a little research. Price worked and its 4k. Speakers sound good for factory.
