Was a great buy for the price nice picture quality and a easy to use remote

So far, the tv is awesome. Great picture quality and the sound is great. As of right now, no problems. Very easy to use.

Excellent picture and easy programming. I would recommend this Sony to all my friends and Best Buy as well.

We've had the TV for about a month now. We had BB deliver it and set it up. No problems yet, and the picture has been excellent. I was a little apprehensive not knowing the HiSense brand, except for a few pre-purchase internet searches. My BB salesperson was very reassuring, so I took a chance and have been very impressed (especially for a 55" 4K TV under $500). So far, so good... but we did supplement the HiSense 4 year warranty with 5 years of Geek Squad protection, just in case.

This actually has a great sound system for a big screen. The picture is flawless. A 4 year warranty is a great plus.

I've had it for about a month, and I haven't had any issues. The picture is wonderful. HDR is a really great feature.

I went in to Best Buy to purchase a 1080 Samsung because I didnt have the money for the 4k and I don't have any 4k inputs at the moment. I spoke with the salesman who said the Hisense was the 3rd best seller in China and was the lowest returned item for the store. The salesman actually had this model and loved it. I went on his recommendation. I have really enjoyed it so far!

This is definitely an amazing buy for the price. It actuallynout performs some of the higher price television in my opinion

The Picture quality is very good, though using some of the features that are supposed to improve the quality create a bit of a blur depending what you are viewing. I was a little disappointed that there is no Hulu App available for this TV and I cannot get the Vudu app to work but it was the cheapest TV that had some of the newest technology. Overall it is a good purchase if you have a budget under $500. If you intend to use the Apps though I would spend a little more.

This set was purchased to replace a vintage 38 inch HDTV I had since 2000. Kudos to the Best Buy delivery guys for hauling that old 300 pound set away. Great picture quality on the Hisense and IMO real simple setup for my wireless access. The built-in USB media player is fantastic and with my MP4 file collection, a breeze to watch my library on USB sticks. Looks great in my living room and seeing the looks on my friends when I tell them its not a Samsung or Sony.

It's a great TV for the price. Very Sharpe picture and Love it being a smart TV. Lots of good features for price.

I am very happy with the picture quality and remote features on this unit. Very good tv for the price. What held me back from the 5th star- the sound is off and you have to turn it way up to make the speaking audible. Also, I don’t like the feet being placed all the way to the outside edges, it limits tv stands. Lastly the salesman sold me some add on streaming hardware and totally misrepresented the capabilities and was clear on what I was trying to do.

I was in the market for a Roku tv but didn't realise I couldn't use it at all without a wifi connection...which I don't have, and can't get anytime soon. The customer service rep on the floor listened to my needs and suggested the Hisense. I was reluctant , having never heard of it but watching it in action at the store, coupled with the tech's knowledge and information convinced me. AND it was comparable in price! I am SO happy with it!!

The tv has good picture quality. For an unknown brand it's a good deal and you can't beat the 4 year warranty!

Purchased for my son who just relocated to NC. Blown away with the quality picture and ease of use.

Although this tv is a pretty nice tv I actually would have rather went with another brand. Sometimes it freezes up and we have to turn off and back on. The picture quality is nice even though it took forever to finally get it right. For this size tv it actually looks smaller then I thought it would. It however could have been a little cheaper considering it's not one of the higher brands but all in all it's a pretty nice tv but I would shop around before purchasing.

Upgrade for the bedroom. Great picture and has many features of more expensive brands. Love the 4 year warranty!

The picture quality of this television is amazing. It reads my hard drive flawlessly and it's user friendly
