Q: Where is the camera on this particular Hisense TV??
A: I just bought a Hisense 55 inch tv also a 32 inch smart I was wondering if and where a built in camera is located on them. Also if able to use them for facetime chatting.

A: This TV does support HDR through the HDMI ports. You have to download the update for the TV. I had to download 2 different updates. Afterwards, you have to go into the Menu and enable the HDR function. Under the HDMI option in the menu, you have to select Enhanced to enable HDR.
A: Hi! The refresh rate is 60Hz. Both TV's come with a digital QAM built-in tuner.
A: Hi Cary! Yes. This TV supports 4K at 60fps (4:4:4 is at 8 bit color) through HDMI inputs 3 and 4 (HDMI 2.0 at HDCP 2.2).
Q: Is this 60Hz or 120 Hz? And does it matter on a 4K tv like it does on just a smart tv?
A: It is 120 hrtz but upscales. I wanted a 240 hrtz TV & did alot of research the way a 4K tv works is by amplifying the 120hrtz. I returned 2 other brands then purchased this Hisense TV. It is the best I am more then satusfied for the price & quality.
Q: Is the Hulu app available or be added or would I still need my Roku player for access?

Q: what is the factory warranty on this tv ? was told it was longer than a year by a salesperson.
A: Hisense has a 4-year limited warranty in the US. Both parts and labor.
