• Hi! The refresh rate is 60Hz. Both TV's come with a digital QAM built-in tuner.

• Not sire about your second question (analog vs. digital), but I'd imagine it is a simple mistake in the back-end posting. The TV has a 60hz refresh rate, but it truly, honestly LOOKS like it has a 120hz rate (as strange as that may sound). It may not be the quality of the similar Samsung models, but I would put it up against any similar Vizio/LG model any day of the week.
