But independent testing and customer reviews gave me a very good sense of the pros and cons of this HDTV. It works great so far and I have no complaints. The 4K (UHD) works well, but only if the content is 4K (UHD). The picture is not the best (top of the line), but still very good for the money.

Our first UHD TV!

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When our55” HiSense HD TV screen started looking like a fog was rolling in on the upper right hand part of the screen, I knew we were in trouble. However, recalling out purchase from Best Buy, I remembered our extended warranty. I called the Geek Squad and a week later, we are enjoying our new 55” 4K UHD HiSense TV. And the upgrade was no extra cost!
