I never heard about Hisense, so I was cautious, I read reviews and talked to the sales person who said that even he has one at home. Also, the 4 year warranty is giving me peace of mind. So far, I am very happy with my TV, great picture, very sharp. Also found out that this brand is huge in Europe.

We bought this TV mainly for the HDR, granted.. The HDR is not nearly as impressive as some of the more expensive TVs.. It is still very impressive. Colors are fabulous and the contrast is nearly perfect. I would recommend it to anyone

I currently purchased this TV to compliment my PS4 Pro. The colors are rich and sharp! the HDR really makes watching TV, Movies and gaming very awesome! Sometimes where there is dark scenes you can see some grain spots. But other than that I recommend it! Best Smart TV for size and HDR 4K you will find.

Went into the store looking for a 40" smart tv and after seeing what was available and talking with a sales associate i decided I wanted to go larger and 4K. Came across this one that was open box. So i upgraded to a larger 4K tv and saved a bunch of cash! Picture is awesome and setup was simple.

This TV has a wonderful picture and is definitely worth every penny. I have an issue straying from my normal brands but money has been a little tight and my TV was becoming outdated, but this TV has an amazing picture and you cannot beat it for the price. Absolutely, worth every penny.

You can't beat this $500 55" TV with UHD resolution and the 4 year mfr parts and labor warranty. The picture quality attracted me over those of other brand names like even Samsung, Insignia at similar prices. Sales guy said it is a most popular brand in Australia---I didn't verify that claim though.

There are 2 versions of this TV, 2016 and 2017 with the same model number, they have different UI and the 2017 version has HDR built in, with Netflix HDR and VUDU 4K UHD, the 2016 does not, even with those differences it is still a great TV for the price, great design, picture.

We love our new Hisense. I was reluctant to purchase this brand because I didn't know the brand. Then I saw the warranty is for four years on parts and labor. The warranty sold it. The picture is great. I haven't had any problems with the t.v. in the two months we have owned it.

The picture and sound are very good. The controls are easy to.use and setup was easy. My only real issue was the picture didn't seem bright enough under daylight though i haven't spent a lot of time trying all the adjustments.

We love this tv. A+ quality. The screen is so clear, bright colors and high definition.

With deal-of-the-day price match was 40% the cost of name brand. But this was 10 bit color depth NOT 8 bit as most less expensive 4k sets. Yes--off angle viewing is a compromise. Sound quality was surprisingly good.

I researched the HiSense brand for over 6 months. The reviews were right in time. The quality of the picture and operation of the TV are first class. The price for my buyer. I highly recommend HiSense products. Affordable and works especially the HDR feature!!!

Excellent picture...sound is a little tin canny though without sound bar or added extras.

Recently purchased the TV and I love it. I did a lot of research on Hisense and was impressed with other reviews and then with the TV itself. Setup was easy and picture is outstanding. It makes DVD's a pleasure and streaming from services is easy. Overall, I endorse this product.

We purchased this TV to use as a monitor in our conference room at work and it has worked out better than we hoped. The picture is fantastic! It was super easy to set up and use. There were some more expensive choices, but why spend more when this one is so great?

We've had the TV long enough that we can say that performance has been very good. I use a variety of inputs and also have a NAS drive that feed via WiFi. Everything works well, picture is high quality and ease of use is pretty good. For the price - bargin

Did a lot of reading while I was looking for a new TV on a budget. This fit my needs perfectly! Picture is clear, supports all tech that I use daily. Picture settings and adjusting are very easy. Excellent TV for the price! Shows in HDR look amazing!

Outstanding for the price, my 2nd Hisense tv. I have a great viewing pleasure.

Good value for the price. I was skeptical at first but after reading reviews at things I decided to give it a shot. The only negatives is the angle viewing as it gets pixelated and Netflix doesn't play hdr. Hopefully they fix the app so it can play hdr. Overall good value.
