Freezing

The picture is nice but having non stop freezing issues with all apps. It kicks me off the internet and forgets the password. Maybe I got a defective tv? But will be trading it back in.

Great quality TV for the price

Not worth it

The only way for the tv to be functional is by dulling out everything to standard tv settings which defeats the whole purpose of paying that much for a smart tv with smart features

Not a Bad TT for the price!

Eh, it’s okay

No refund after 2 weeks cancelled order.

Two weeks later my credit card still has not been refunded and my payment is due on my card. I will be charged interest. Refund policy at best buy says it only takes 48 hours.
