    I usually never stray away from Samsung or LG but was talked into this brand. The picture is nice but having non stop freezing issues with all apps. It kicks me off the internet and forgets the password. Maybe I got a defective tv? But will be trading it back in.

    Great TV Quality and a very good price. Perfect size for our viewing space and I plan on buying the same model again for another room when the TV is on sale again.

    The tv runs very glitchy, choppy, buggy, and looks terrbile unless you turn off every single intelligent ai feature thats supposed to make it look and run amazing.. The only way for the tv to be functional is by dulling out everything to standard tv settings which defeats the whole purpose of paying that much for a smart tv with smart features

    It’s a great tv for the price, the sound is not that great, however for my bedroom it is adequate. You can use Bluetooth connected to the tv to get over sound issues.

    The picture was really nice when playing HD content, but not so much when watching anything else. The sound quality is fine.

    great bang for your buck, i do recommend a sound system with it though. its loud but sound quality starts to distort the louder it gets

    Started showing lines after 4 months. Outside of that, it was a great TV. Got it on sale so not to upset and it has a 2 year warranty so hopefully it’ll be covered!

    No refund after 2 weeks cancelled order.

    I cancelled a tv order on 6 January. Two weeks later my credit card still has not been refunded and my payment is due on my card. I will be charged interest. Refund policy at best buy says it only takes 48 hours.
