Trouble with OTA
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Our 55U8n keeps losing track of OTA channel guide and reporting "no program" after it is switched off. USB memory expansion is a problem. The TV trys to format the memory stick, but then reports that the stick is "corrupt".

No stand

Customer Service Problem
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent product unless you have a problem. This unit has an internet connection problem. Hisense customer service states it is functioning normally. My SECOND Hisense TV does not have the same issue. It functions normally. We need to unplug the U8H when leaving for long periods because it stays connected after shut off which is wrong.

Do not buy!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do not buy this TV. I tried watching an NFL game and I could not see the players numbers due to pixelation. Refresh rate is awful. Also, Best Buy employees said they are awful!

Unreliable Beware
