This is one nice television! It has a great picture and really good sound for a flat screen television. The volume level is decent at 17 out of 100 scale in a 14' x 20' room. It even has a "night time" setting for automatic bed time viewing. There are plenty of adjustments for picture and sound along with several preset choices for both. The remote control feels solid and the buttons are large enough for big fingers. The remote and buttons are black with bright white numbers, etc, 4 color coded keys and netflix, amazon,vudu, and you tube instant keys. I have found it to be responsive to every command and it was very easy to set up and have functional. It had no problem connecting to an internet access point 450 feet away and did an automatic firmware upgrade in just a couple of min. I have only tried a couple of the ap's but they worked without any problem. It does not have the Hulu ap but if you have any type of streaming media player with Hulu (Roku stick, blue ray player, etc.) that should not be a major problem. We were spoiled by the picture on our last Hisense which the "care plan" from another retailer with low prices everyday decided not to repair over a minor problem and replaced it with a Vizio 3 weeks ago. As you can see with this review, we were not happy without a Hisense on the wall so off to BestBuy to get one! Anyone need a new Vizio at a great price?

This is a great TV for the money. The picture is crisp but the refresh rate is low causing the picture to be distorted during high frame rates. Overall very happy with the purchase.

This TV has a very nice picture. The wireless input capabilities work like they should. I like the shortcut buttons on the remote to jump to Vudu, Amazon, YouTube, and Netflix. My only criticism is this. If you're going to allow a smart TV to have apps, why not allow it to download apps as well? I would like to use sling TV app for my TV channels. But I can't download it into the TV. So now I have to go use an Amazon fire stick on a TV that is already full of apps. In today's world, nobody wants to pay 30 or 60 or $100 for TV channels, when there is an option to pay 20 or $25 for TV channels. Allow your TV's to download apps.

We bought the tv for my father-in-law to replace his 20 year old big screen tv. The picture and sound quality on the tv are good, but not great like our Samsung tv. Within a couple weeks of buying the tv, it froze in that my father-in-law would not change the channel or power the tv off with the remote. There are no physical buttons on the tv so I had to unplug it for 30 seconds to get it working again. Decent tv for the price, but Best Buy will hear from me if this t.v. fails within the first year.

It's amazing so far! Great picture and sound. More $ tvs will struggle to compete eventually! Keep prices down & quality up! Well done!

I’ve had hisense televisions for the last 7 years or so and they’ve been great! Despite being an “off-brand” television, Hisense entered a new level with the 4K and smart tv functions. The sound is by far one of the best from a tv I’ve ever experienced as well - Deep bass and clear audio. It’s a great tv, you won’t go wrong if you get this!

This is a great tv for the price. It has good picture quality and is user friendly. Only downside is the absence of Hulu in apps.

Need to give this more time - but as of 2-21-2018 the tv is working as expected with a good picture and sound

I purchased this set on November 4th. Tv had great picture and a decent sound. However as of yesterday (December 21st). The TV no longer works. Every time I turn it on it just automatically pulls up the source screen and won’t do anything other than that screen. If I press any other button it turns the tv off and back on to the source screen again. The only way to get the tv to even turn off is to completely unplug it. If I don’t then it just keeps turning back on. It’s impossible to watch anything. Since it is outside of a month I can’t return it towards a different set. Extremely disappointing since the TV itself was very nice up until this point.

I liked the TV very much. It is good with respect to picture quality and sound. But it has some problems when connected with computers. not all apps are available. So I integrated amazon fire stick. It is worked excellent after that integration. I will recommend spending $25 with it. if you want to save money go for the tv. It is good choice

Love this TV. The perfect size for our room and the picture is so sharp and clear. Love the smart TV apps and I haven't even found all of them yet. You will not be disappointed with this TV.
