Q: Does this TV have ON/OFF timer or just sleep timer
A: Yes, its hidden under settings-> system. I'm baffled as to why they didn't put it on the remote, how inconvenient.
A: Do not be fooled. This TV DOES NOT have 120 smooth motion or any motion enhancement at all. Just finished going through a total loss with Hisense and Best Buy. It says it right on the box. I even sent Hisense pictures of the box saying “120 Motion Rate”. So disappointed to keep a TV that doesn’t have what it says it has.
A: Hi, can't answer your question. But I have exactly the same issue. It was good for only 3 days now youtube got stuck at loading after 2-3 minutes of streaming. It is not the internet. I have a LG, 2 vizios on the same network and all of them are fine. It is the issue of the youtube app that comes with this TV
Q: What's the best brand sound bar for this tv? I bought a LG and it doesn't sound good
A: I have a vizio 3.1 sound bar connected thru the TV's optical port. The Hisense remote will automatically control the vizio's sound level thru the volume button. Go into sound setting and turn off the internal speakers on the TV. One less remote. The remote also controls the Nvidia Shield TV box. I went from 3 remotes to 1, with no setup required.
A: Yes, this televisions supports HDR. If you have any additional questions, please call us at 1-888-935-8880.
Q: Is there local dimming? If so, how many zones?
A: Hello! This TV has a full array DLED backlight and does not support local dimming.
Q: Will a ROKU stick work well with this TV?
A: I got the Roku Stick Plus, and with the Roku remote the TV acts almost exactly like a roku TV (down to the remotes power and volume buttons working flawlessly with the TV) with this plugged into the HDMI port. Having previously had a Roku TV it acts almost identical and the TV has its own built in apps.
