The tv lost the WiFi credentials every time you turned it off. Callled Hisense customer service only to get the run around and then finally they said they would send out a repair man with new parts. Mind you I bought the tv on Nov 22, 2023 and could still have returned it. When I asked if I could still return it if the repair did not work I was told yes. After the repair man came and changed out the motherboard and WiFi board I was then told I could not return it. Also then told it was a XUMO problem so I tried getting in touch with XUMO and it was a chat only option, they stated via chat that they had no outgoing or incoming phone lines, which was a lie. They called me after a week of going through the chat option because I did everything they said, factory reset, manual update, Ethernet connection cutting and unplugging both the tv and my internet. Nothing worked and then last week they told me it was a hardware problem and that Hisense would have to take care of it. I then called Hisense back and last Friday I was told I would be getting the white glove exchange service only to be told this Sunday that it was to expensive for them to replace the tv and then when the supervisor called me back today said it wasn’t the expense it was that they didn’t want to ship a tv to me in that it could get damaged during transport. To this I replied are all Hisense tvs hand delivered to the stores that sell them? Then a Hisense representative called me back to tell me what the policy states but once I pointed out that it was not that they could not replace it, it was that they were more concerned with the extra cost to them I have now been told that I will receive the white glove tv exchange. The brand new tv I bought has never worked right and I would not recommend this product at all. Especially with the poor customer service.

The tv is pretty great! I enjoy the quality and easy set up. The only down fall is it comes with a preset library of apps. It has majority of the major apps needed, but I’ve found a few not included that I do miss (crunchyroll). But it’s not a deal breaker for me, we just stream from our phone to the tv when needed on those apps that aren’t built into the tv. Great tv for the price would purchase again.

I picked up the Hisense 65” A6 Series and have been really impressed. The picture is crisp, setup was super easy, and the Xumo platform works smoothly for streaming Netflix and YouTube. It's not the brightest TV out there, but for the price, it’s a steal. Perfect for movie nights in a dim room!

The Operating System is not great, sometimes makes the TV boot real slow. The image quality is quite good for its money, definitely worth it.

Surprising excellent quality TV for the very reasonable price! Replaced our 10 year old 60" TV (which cost a considerable amount more) and have to say, this was a HUGE difference - so much better. Couldn't be more pleased with the TV and the service from Best Buy!

Great picture and sound very easy to use and easy set up

The TV is very good on image quality, the comparison between one of the big brands and Hisense for what you are paying for is good, will pick hisense instead of other brands. Price paid for a bargain!!

A pretty affordable option in this size category that provides great value with a few minor issues. The settings menu is a bit clunky and even with hi-speed wireless internet sometimes the AirPlay connection leaves a bit to be desired. I'd recommend planning on pairing this set with external speakers (speaking of which, pairing this to BlueTooth options would not be something I recommend based on my experience trying, an issue easily circumvented with an AUX cable so long as your speakers accommodate it).

Great quality TV for a good price. I was worried that it wouldn't compare to more expensive ones but it has exceeded my expectation.

Love the size. But slow with staying connected to WiFi. Overall good deal for the price.

Got this in Black Friday as a give for my aunt a few years ago. the tv seems to be holding up. I brought this for $299 great deal

Our tv has issues staying connected to the internet, usually says it needs to update. Picture is decent and sound from stock speakers is ok.

This brand is not too well known but i have nothing but great things to say about it. I have purchased 2 already one for a extra room and one as a gift. The image is so clear and i would say it holds its weight against the big brands.

Great panel for the price but the built in software is trash. Its slow and makes the audio off with the visual even with great wifi. The built in speakers are clear and very loud.

It is a great tv for the price. Picture and sound are great. So far we haven't had any issues.

This tv is great. I love the quality of the picture. This tv has great sound tv volume was #8 and it was loud. This tv was brought for my living room and it looks great in the room.
