Would not buy another Xumo TV

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Hisense TV gives a great picture but the underlying Xumo TV is limited and slow. 1. Network. Was easy to set up and connect initially BUT every time you turn the TV on it renegotiates the connection and this fails quite often. There is no way to reset the network connection in Xumo settings so you end up restarting the TV or unplugging it...and this happens often (3-4 times week). With the router 20ft away and all other household devices working, Xumo should NOT have this problem. 2. Apps. What you see is what you get. NO way to add or change them. 3. No browser functionality provided. 4. Live TV. I hooked an antenna to this and it scanned all channels successfully with great picture quality and sound. Downside to this capability is you still need internet access to watch OTA TV! See my 1. above which makes this problematic. 5, Airplay. Xumo provides an Airplay capability and works as advertised. I'm able to connect my iPhone or iPad easily. 6. Added a Firestick to the TV. This works great with no connection problems or issues and allows me to add apps that I want/need. Ultimately, I would not recommend this nor would I buy another Xumo TV.

Great value for the price!

Got this on a Black Friday deal but I would have no issues paying full price for it if I had to. This 65” looks much bigger when you get it set up at home lol, the picture is great, menus are easily navigated, content looks great. I play a lot of games and I personally love having the larger screen to see far off objects more clearly. It’s a 60hz with 120 motion rate, I was hoping for 120hz refresh rate for gaming but meh, it’s fine. I have no complaints. I primarily use wireless headphones so I haven’t really used the internal speakers and I have a Hisense 2.1 soundbar coming (another Black Friday deal…thanks Best Buy) Hisense have really stepped up their game lately, even the entry level tv’s like this one are great performers.

Great picture quality and lots of apps already installed. Xumo play have a lot of channels and great movie selection. If you are looking for affordable and great quality TV this is it, don’t think twice specially if it is on sale.

Id say it was worth a little bit more than they charge. I was suprised with how nice it is. I definately recomend it to anybody on the fence.

Not sure I love how it disconnects from the internet as soon as I turn it off. Sometimes it has trouble connecting then I unplugged/replugged it. I love the sound quality and screen overall! It’s so thin, it looks luxurious mounted up flush to the wall! At times it can have a glare on the tv which can get annoying but I love the rich screen at the time same. For $300, it’s worth it!!!!!! Better than a lot of 65 inch tvs that cost triple the price to be honest!

Enter Best Buy!! It has over the years earned that same place and respect. you know you’re getting a good deal and you know that if you have a problem, the repair dept actually knows what they are doing & has your back. They’re not gonna try to take advantage of the situation, find loopholes etc That is PRICELESS!!

Q: QuestionWhy does the Hisense 65” class A6 have a measurement of 57” in the description. Is this not a 65” width tv as the name of the tv is being stated?

- A:Answer Inches for TVs refer to the length from one corner diagonally to the other corner. 65” is that measurement diagonally across the screen
