||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I only gave this 3 stars because I have had trouble with TV features and have had to reboot it 3 times since I got it less than a month ago to get it to work properly. I have called Hisense twice and they weren't very helpful except to suggest that I unplug the TV and reboot it. I decided to take out the extended warranty on it just to be safe. Also, when I cast movies from my phone, the words people are speaking sometimes get out of sync. Otherwise the picture and the audio is amazing. I'll keep it if it doesn't get any worse.

Thats not the main complaint tho. For some reason , the TV wont have sound once in a while. turning it off and back on doesnt fix it. changing hdmi ports to different device still has no sound. only way to fix is to factory reset TV. its getting annoying.
