Q: Does anyone have a fix for the lip sync lag? I have never had this issue with any TV. Now it is like a Japanese movie every time i watch a show or DVR. I can hardly stand it.

A: Hi! I just had this same issue, and literally on the eve of returning my TV, I found a solution (that worked for me). It turns out the issue appeared to be my cable box, not the TV. I set the audio output on the box to PCM only instead of Dolby, and suddenly the tv kept sync (I still had to set the sync settings on it, but prior to that, I'd do so, and after 10 minutes it would be out of sync). I found the same issue with our Roku, and setting it to PCM only audio output fixed it as well. Hopefully this is helpful!

Q: What is the difference between the 65H9 Plus Series and the 65H9D Plus Series ?

A: Pretty sure the H9 plus e is the 2018 model and the other one is the 2017 model. Don't hesitate on either one. I have a Hisense 2015 model 4k its a 50 in and a 65in H9Plus e and they are both breathtaking. The 65in is a much more immersive experience than the 50in, I recommend getting the biggest screen you can afford. Hisense makes a superb product. You will not be sorry!

Q: What brand wall mount would I need for this tv?

A: Any brand that makes that size mount to fit tv size

Q: I am going to return this TV bc I cannot fix lip sync issue with Comcast . Can someone tell me what setting to change with arris box ? Comcast has changed hdmi cable and four boxes . Comcast cannot fix n they say buy another tv even though this new. Help

A: At this point I do not have a home theater receiver, I am only using the TV speakers. This said, I initially had lip sync issues and ultimately solved them by setting the "Audio Out" on the Comcast box to "Stereo - PCM". I hope this helps.

Q: Hdr needs high peak brightness and my question is whats the peak brightness nits on this tv?

A: I don’t know if you have found your answer yet, but a popular review website has reported measurements, in nits (cd/m²), for the peak brightness. I’ve copied and pasted the results for HDR peak brightness below, but you can easily Google the entire review with all specs. The peak brightness, especially for HDR, isn’t very high. The TV does have a nice, crisp picture, a wide color gamut and a high contrast ratio, all of which are certainly noticeable, but it doesn’t really offer the brightness required to take advantage of HDR capabilities. This was one of the deciding factors for me when I chose to return mine. I generally like the Hisense products I have, but I was looking for something a little bit more than this one offered, even though I think this TV offers good value for the money overall. But, if HDR content is an important part of your viewing, this TV might not be for you. HDR Real Scene Peak Brightness : 282 cd/m² HDR Peak 2% Window : 255 cd/m² HDR Peak 10% Window : 403 cd/m² HDR Peak 25% Window : 275 cd/m² HDR Peak 50% Window: : 272 cd/m² HDR Peak 100% Window : 281 cd/m² HDR Sustained 2% Window : 243 cd/m² HDR Sustained 10% Window : 244 cd/m² HDR Sustained 25% Window : 263 cd/m² HDR Sustained 50% Window : 272 cd/m² HDR Sustained 100% Window : 268 cd/m²

A: This TV does not support Amazon Alexa's voice control to command the TV however it does have Google Assistant for this purpose.
