    Gotta say I didn't expect such a feature rich Smart TV at this level. This is a flat out bargain compared to the competition. 4k, QLED, SmartTV with Google Assistant. Setup was a breeze the process is to import your email settings to the TV by saying "Ok Google, setup new device" There was the normal firmware update waiting and a lot of EUAs to sign but it was easy enough to do. Up and running in 15 min. Not bad. I noticed something right away that was not as convenient as it could be and that's the location of the power cord plug in vs the HDMI inputs. They are on total opposite sides. Now the HDMI inputs location is actually fine but the power plug should have been in a more neutral location like say the bottom-middle? Given the short power cord supplied it would have helped. Not a deal breaker at all but I noticed. I also noticed that the advertised 1000 nits looks very good in bright daylight and my night viewing is showing better darks and shading than my other much more expensive TV. I love having Android TV on the set which allows access to the Google Play Store. All streaming services are present and everything works as it should. You can use the TV remote to summon Google Assistant and that in itself is very useful. In contrast you can ask your Google Home to turn off your TV as well. The remote included handles all the TVs functions very well and is super intuitive. I really like the location of the "Back" button. Makes navigation very familiar. Remote is IR and not RF but I didn't expect that on this model. All in all an excellent choice for your living room!

    Great tv for its price! This tv had amazing blacks, good contrast and overall I was pretty satisfied. Unfortunately I had to return the tv due to a pretty bad dirty screen and color banding.

    IF I could avail myself of what I imagine, based on ratings, many impressive features, my rating would likely be much higher. My complaint is ALL customer service. I have called, sent emails since delivery and set up Dec 30. Couldn't get User manual until Jan 11. I am looking to replicate functionality on a 9 YO Samsung. I use ONLY OTA connection, ie NO Dish, etc so my use is pretty elementary. When I call for answers I KNOW more than customer service which scares me. I have been unable to get an EXPERT to return my call, answer my emailed questions. I have been given misinformation. I find the User Manual of little help, Could be a semantics problem. Probably NEED more illustrations. Can find NO videos from Hisense or UTube that explain how to use, optimize expected features like consistently displaying PROGRAM TITLE when changing channels, activating that program bar to display TIME on demand or explain HOW to show the upcoming program on same channel. Also, how do I toggle between two channels when watching two games concurrently. Just bought a digital to analog converter so I can drive my six external speakers thru my analog receiver. Looking for guidance as HOW to connect to optimize performance, I get misinformation. And the list goes on. I need an EXPERT or EVEN an experienced user who can answer my questions so I can finish setting up this TV so I can enjoy what ratings tell me is a GREAT TV.

    7 Months and it's been nothing but trouble. The picture is amazing when it works. Sadly as of today it's totally dead and won't turn on. I will now have to sit and deal with the warranty process. I've never had a TV die on me even with a few years let alone 7 months. Highly not recommended. Pay the extra 400-500 dollars and get a Sony or a Samsung.

    Just as others have commented, the tv shipped to my house no issue and setup was easy. Was completely impressed with the picture and within days black dots began to appear in the same place during certain pictures. Then shortly thereafter a flashing spot appeared on the other side of the screen. Not sure if quality issue or not but didnt want to take risk on getting another one.

    The TV has already started ghosting on the corners, the tv mount was WEEKS after purchasing the TV, and the mount for $250 is slanted.

    I'm having red ghosting around light objects on a dark background on my panel and weird motion artifacts.Had a service call to replace some parts but issue persists.Hisense is the worst company I have ever dealt with as far as customer service.Do yourself a favor stay away from this tv until these issues get resolved.

    What's 4k minus 1 row of pixels?

    Waiting for customer service from Hisense to resolve, but a whole row of pixels went out. Less than a year after purchase. I initially bought this panel because of its high picture rating on https://www.rtings.com/. The gamble w/Hisense quality may not be worth the savings.

    5 months - Daily restart(lag) - Now zero power

    Not happy. 5 months ownership laggy and has to be restarted (different than turning off) to get the processor to function through the apps. Now it will not turn on at all. I am now reaching out to hisense support and leaving a review. We will see how support goes.

    I got this tv when it first came out and was blown away at how good the tv looks..fast forward to several weeks ago when the top left corner of the screen turned black and the screen was constantly flashing. I contacted Hisense and they sent someone out and they refused to fix it because they said I broke it even though the tv is on my wall and NEVER touch it. I have geek squad warranty but they won't touch it since it's still under the 1-year manufacturer warranty. i ignored all the negative reviews of Hisense because I wanted to give them a chance but I should've listened.
