Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.There's only three words to describe this Hisense 65" h9g. Excellent Excellent and Excellent. I like everything about this set. I've owned the tv for about a week and the picture is unbelievable. I sure hope nothing goes wrong with the software or hardware. I know some reviewers have had problems pop up shortly after enjoying the heck out of the set. So far not a single problem. Hopefully I won the panel lottery. I'll try to print an update in about a month. You've got to buy this set if you are looking for a tv that's as close as you're going to get to perfection.

Best tv
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the Hisense H9G Quantum Television 65” and the tv has great photo quality and sound quality and is very easy to set up. The first time I used the hisense tv it was so easy to navigate around it especially because there aren’t many buttons on the remote so it’s very easy to use the remote unlike other tv’s. I used the google voice feature on the tv and it makes even more easier because there no need to get up from the couch and switch the channel it can be done with your voice. I love it. You should really buy it if it’s your first time buying a tv, it’s very durable and has many modern features. I received this product at a discount price in exchange for my honest review.

Hisense is Not a Good Brand
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.At first purchase, the TV has good picture and audio quality. The two stars is just for that reason. The biggest issue is the build quality. Within a year and a half, the processor burned out and the TV needed a full repair. Now, a year and a half later it seems that the motherboard is now needing repair. This hisense is currently on a shelf unable to boot past the startup screen. I've never had a TV need to be serviced so much within 4 years just by regular use. You'd expect a lot more for a $1k TV.

Beautiful Display, Awful Internal Processing
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This television has an excellent display, which was an amazing deal for the price point when we purchased it over 3 years ago from Best Buy. It never had the fastest user interface, but this has gotten worse with software updates over time. We have had issues with HDMI connection and constantly have to reset the TV to get it to play any software natively. I have a 5 year warranty through Best Buy, but as of yet they don't warrant this replacement worthy. I fear that by the time the warranty is up, this TV will be entirely unusable. With all of the technology that I have in my home, this TV by far is the most frustrating and is the biggest let down purchase. I'm honestly afraid to purchase a Hisense again because of this experience. Like I stated at the beginning, this has an excellent display, however the processing power, Ram, and onboard Storage on this TV are very very poor. I do not recommend it to anyone. Please save yourself the heartache and purchase a Samsung, LG, or Sony TV.

I can’t believe the colors in the vibrancy coming off this panel Picture quality is GREAT!! Can’t say this enough you won’t regret this purchase. It’s extremely hard to come by a 65 inch 4K TV this good for under $1000.I showed this to be off to my friends and family and no one could believe how good it was for the price. I won’t go over the specs because I’m sure enough of us know or have gone and research that enough. But what I will say is if you do buy this panel you will not go wrong guaranteed! Beyond happy beyond excited to continue to share this TV with my family and friends. Sound on this thing is really good as well does take much to get loud. Hisense Has truly outdone themselves. Movies and showed watched are as listed avatar, dragon ball super, YouTube, Apple TV, other Netflix original shows and movies, played ps4 pro and Xbox x of it as well. Game play is butter. Smooth!!! I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my review.

Good TV. Cheap Quality

Cleaned/dusted regularly to prevent any overheating or other issues. Tv worked well for 4 years and would’ve been 4-5 stars if it didn’t die so soon. I guess it’s just a hit or miss with them. Going back to paying a premium for Samsung/LG/Sony

Terrible customer support
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would never buy this brand of TV again. The TV itself was not bad but started having a few issues. I emailed the company for support, they wrote back. I emailed them back several times with the info they requested and never got another response. I called Hisense for support twice and they appeared to be untrained and had no idea how to fix my issue, which is probably and easy fix. Had to throw the TV away after only 2 1/2 years.

I have never had a TV last only 3 years. Not even close. I contacted Hisense customer support for any kind of assistance and after several days of waiting for a response their reply was "sorry, can't help you". I took a chance on this newer company that I never heard of and will obviously never buy again.

Hisense is a Scam Brand

This is incredibly widespread among Hisense TVs, where the main board will fail after about a 2 year period, conveniently outside of any potential warranty replacement. Simply search for Hisense boot loop or Hisense main board failure and you'll see a multitude of people with the same issue. Bestbuy is being wildly irresponsible selling this brand.

Nice TV but has issues
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this TV to replace our 55" LG 3D LED TV. Setup was rather simple, as was the assembly of the TV (Requires a #2 Phillips screwdriver). Right away the difference between this TV and our old 55" TV was night and day, the picture quality is great, colors bright and vibrant and is no larger than the overall size of our old 55". With that said, a month into owning this TV and out of nowhere the TV suddenly has dark spots in the upper left corner of the screen and a constant flickering near the bottom. Also, some portions of the screen will suddenly turn dark or dim at random. I have attempted to contact Hisense several times in the past two days about this issue via the technical support page on their website but received no support or even a response from them. I have also called manufacturer twice in an attempt to get this taken care of, again without resolution. While I am somewhat satisfied with this TV, given the poor customer service from the manufacturer and current issues I have with the TV, I will most likely purchase a different brand the next time around.

Panel Lottery, HDR ISSUES
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Red Ghosting/ Artifacts in HDR content Like Dolby Vision (which a lot of new Netflix content is in). It was so bad i had to return it. It’s a Panel Lottery. Aside from that the TV was fantastic and it exceeded expectation. The quality control needs work. If you get the right one you won’t be disappointed at all. BUT be weary, when taking the risk. I hated that i had to return this because everything else was superb. Also Hisense could not give me a firm answer if it was a bad batch of TVs in the US or if it there was a firmware fix. I ran out of time and had to return before my 15 days was up.

H9G and Andriod TV - Not quite right
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Buyer beware! Built in chromecast for Hisense Android TV implementation doesn't work. I've owned the TV now since June 15, 2020 and Hisense hasn't been able to get it working. Two service calls, one to replace the motherboard and another to replace the motherboard and WiFi board but to no avail. Customer service is pitifully and they just read off standard scripts. The latest...they will replace the TV and someone will call me to make the arrangements. After not hearing from anyone after three business days I have to call in. This always happens. The story now is that they have no TV to replace mine with and they want me to ship it to them for repair. Nightmare! My advice is stay aware until both their product and support mature a bit more.
