    This TV only lasted 2 years before having an issue with the internal memory space or motherboard. I purchased external storage usb to help with the storage space error but even with the extra memory space the TV still malfunctions and will not let you update or install apps. Hisense has a defect with this model that needs addressed. I see forums of this issue and most individuals that have this problem end up replacing the TV as there is not a fix known to help. Not even firmware updates The picture shows great and the sound is ok. Only issue is the internal memory.

    This is a great TV. The Dolby vision is a great feature. The picture really Pops and the sound is full. This tv also really brought out the hidden features of my Apple TV and PlayStation and Xbox. I would recommend this TV to anyone.

    Sound and picture is great. However once in a while if I am in an app it will black out and kick me back to the home screen. This happens to couple of apps and the apps are OK if used on our xbox.

    Hi sense 75” was on sale. 60 hz. 120 motion. Excellent choice Had two Samsung TVs die. Could have bought four of these for what they cost .

    GREAT TV for the price. No issues setting up. Great picture and sound. We ended up using a sound bar but without it was good too.

    Save the $300 and get this over the U6G

    So, this will seem odd but Im here to actually really help people by saving them a lot of money. I didn't buy this tv, I do not own it. I bought the U6G, for $1049, so like $300 more. The differences between these two, when speaking of the 745 inch size ALONE, is almost nothing. In the smaller sizes, 65 and smaller, the U6G is superior because it has a VA panel where the A6G has an IPS panel. But Hisense decided to use IPS panels in the 75 inch U6G! That reduces the differences to almost nothing. Google A6G vs U6G and go to rtings.com. You will see.

    Avoid Hisense

    I bought this in November of 2020. In January of 2022, the backlight died. I made the mistake of not getting the geeksquad protection and was told it was not under warranty. I get it - it was over a year since I purchased it, but BARELY over a year. I called Hisense directly to see if they would stand by their product and of course got the runaround. I complained to manager that a tv shouldn’t die less than 14 months later. Management said the were going to call back to see what they could do but they never did. Highly disappointed and will avoid Hisense in the future. Before the backlight died there were a couple of issues I had too. One, I would have to reset it every couple days because it took too long to respond. And two, there’s not a lot of memory to have a lot of apps. If you have Spotify, sling, Amazon, Netflix and Disney, to may not be able to add more than another two apps without buying a memory card.

    Horrible!!!!! Tv went out within a year stop showing picture bestbuy refuse to fix sent geek squad to me I thought to fix tv for free they got here and tried to charge me $100 just to look at Tv is sitting in my living room right not working. Dont even wanna throw it away is still got the new tape on screen

    I bought this Tv on Black Friday on sale for a family Christmas present. A few months after use I would have to unplug it an replug it back in to get it to function properly then at Christmas time this year I would turn it on an minutes later it would power off by itself, an will not stay powered on now. So I called customer support an reported the problem they asked when it was purchased an I told them they put me on hold an came back an asked me if I bought the extended warranty which I was unsure of cause I bought it online. They told me well the warranty is only good for a year an it’s been over a year since I bought it in November on Black Friday even though the Tv was a Christmas present as I explained. I was told the warranty was up! I replied so yiur telling me your product is only good for a year an once it reaches a year I’m supposed to throw it out an buy another? They put me back on hold an came back an said no that’s not what I’m saying, they asked for my email which I gave them, to send me a system update they said I had to download it unto a flash drive an plug it into the tv so I did but the tv won’t stay on long enough I’m assuming to take the upgrade. The tv is still not working an I want people to know if you plan on buying this tv make sure you buy the extended warranty that way every year when it goes out you can spend extra money an time taking it back to get replaced. Or just be smart an don’t buy this junk cause even customer support won’t do anything but send you on a wild goose chase. I’m Sad I wasted our money on something I thought our family would enjoy in the years to come!!

    Day before Superbowl 75 inch tv dies!!!!

    DAY BEFORE SUPERBOWL 75 inch TV DIES If i could give negative stars I would! Purchased my 75 inch television with wall mount 15 months ago and boom the day before the superbowl my televison dies!!!!!! No picture just sound. After contacting them the service rep was unfriendly and uncaring and then I recieved an email that offfff course my warranty has just expired and that I should opt to find a repair service or try to contact the store about extended warranty. After reading the above complaints I wish I could purchase my time back to opt for Sony, or Samsung or practically any other brand as I have much older televisions that still work better than this one did. DO NOT, AND I MEAN REALLLLLLLLLLY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS BRAND UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIGHT BACK AT SQUARE ONE PURCHASING ANOTHER ONE FOR REPLACEMENT A FEW MONTHS LATER!!!!  No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    TV STOPPED WORKING AFTER WARRANTY

    Clearly this review is pointless because after looking at the other reviews, Hisense is just telling everyone to contact an electrician. What a joke. I haven’t even had my 75 inch for 2 years and it just completely cuts off every night for about 10-15 minutes sometimes longer. Unplugging it doesn’t work it just cuts off and cuts back on when it wants to. Right in the middle of a show or movie it will just shut down. Literally every night! I have had other brand TVs way longer than this that still works perfectly fine !! Never will I shop this brand again ! The lack of help after the petty 1 year warranty is ridiculous. Hisense should at least give some troubleshooting help or some type of accommodation or something ! Not just tell you to contact an electrician! $700 wasted. Who wants to replace a 75 inch TV especially in this economy when I haven’t even had the TV for 2 years ??!!!

    Very disappointing TV

    I have three serious problems with my Hisense 75" Smart TV. It often turns itself on at night with nobody in the room. It drops the WIFI link continuously. Had to connect an ethernet cable but should not have to. It does not retain saved picture settings for long especially after disconnection from wall outlet. Very disappointed with my TV. it is NOT reliable. Hisense offered to come look at it under warranty but I have to dismount from the wall mount and re-mount after. I am 75 and alone and it is huge and I'd have to pay $200 to do that.

    TV doesn't last past its warranty

    This TV is only 2 years old and the screen has already gone bad. I've never had a TV that has lost its picture, much less in only two years. Best Buy or Hisense won't do anything past their 1 year warranty. Such a waste. I wouldn't recommend this purchase to anyone.

    TV Died 2 months after warranty expired. 2 LED Strips blew out. Also picture is not that great. Hisense does make good TV's but just not this one for some reason.
