Unsatisfied Customer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Maybe it was just bad luck but I purchased the tv on July 13 and on August 30th the tv was no longer working. Luckily it has a 1 year manufacturer warranty so it will be fixed or replaced but hopefully it lasts a lot longer than it did this first time. The TV was awesome before it went out tho. Best Buy is terrible when it comes to returning something. Hopefully if you buy something like this tv it either is already not working when you get home with it or stops working within the 14 day return policy and you kept that big space eating tv box for some reason because otherwise they wont take it back. Unless you're paying them $180 a year to be a best buy total member then you'll have a 60 day window. They should stand by the products they sell within a reasonable time frame longer than 14 days and take them back if theyre defective. They should deal with the manufacturer not the customer. No wonder online shopping is putting places like this out of business. I'm definitely an unsatisfied customer and I know just this one customer wont make a huge difference but this is a customer that'll never shop at best buy again. Eventually this establishment will be just another place in the past that is no longer around because of situations like this. Everyone will just buy what they sell from Amazon unfortunately. Probably would of had a better return policy but if not I'd be in the same boat I'm in now.

Loses Internet Connection - Bad Return Policy

Now you can’t finish a Netflix movie without losing connection at least once. I have 500mbps speed and the modem is in the room with the TV. Plus, the blue light filter does not function, and it’s extremely bright. Adjusting the settings to mitigate that leaves with poor picture quality. So it’s either get cooked, or don’t see. Samsungs don’t have this issue. Best Buy’s return policy is horrible, too. Just buy from Target

Beautiful TV horrible performance

Bought, paired and then lied to.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I payed for a 75 inch Hisense U8 in the store, I was told that they would hold my tv for me and then they offered to deliver it to me for free as well. I went in the day before delivery and decided to pick it up instead and they didn’t have it in the store or on the delivery truck. They had to refund me and I had to buty a smaller tv. The two stars are for the staff members that tried their best to help fix the issue.
