    Its an ok tv, i had issues with the wifi and with the hdmi ports going black. But quality its good.

    Good tv. Only issue is with screencast. Its not as fast as my phone so a delay

    Loses Internet Connection - Bad Return Policy

    Worked well for about a month. Now you can’t finish a Netflix movie without losing connection at least once. I have 500mbps speed and the modem is in the room with the TV. Plus, the blue light filter does not function, and it’s extremely bright. Adjusting the settings to mitigate that leaves with poor picture quality. So it’s either get cooked, or don’t see. Samsungs don’t have this issue. Best Buy’s return policy is horrible, too. Just buy from Target

    Bought, paired and then lied to.

    I payed for a 75 inch Hisense U8 in the store, I was told that they would hold my tv for me and then they offered to deliver it to me for free as well. I went in the day before delivery and decided to pick it up instead and they didn’t have it in the store or on the delivery truck. They had to refund me and I had to buty a smaller tv. The two stars are for the staff members that tried their best to help fix the issue.

    Wifi on this tv stops working

    First tv wifi stopped working after 3 months. Best buy doesnt want to support this tv so i had to work with hisense. After months of emailing back and forth they came to replace it. 2 months later wifi in this new tv stopped working too. What a waste of money and time. Next time I will spend a couple extra hundred dollars for a reliable brand.

    WIFI Issue

    The TV will not connect to any WIFI network. Tried all the troubleshooting steps from in the Manual and on line tips. Nothing worked. Contacted Hisense support and have received no response. This TV would be useless if I did not have a direct either net connection. Picture clarity is outstanding. The upscaling makes everything almost look like a 4k picture.

    won't work with Direct TV Remote

    had great reviews but very disappointed that I cannot use my direct tv remote to turn off the tv. I have worked with Hisense who pointed me to DTV. They couldn't fix the issue either. Now I have to use 2 remotes every time I use my TV. Seriously considering returning it.
