The selection of songs chosen for this CD are an eclectic assortment that covers all the hits from the early 70s through the entire decade. If you want to relive the disco era, early R&B and of course, the Bee Gees era, these songs will take you back. The only drawback is that they are not song by the original artist. The cover bands performing them do a great job, but I wish I had noticed prior to listening, that it was not going to be the original artists. Otherwise, a great CD.

I purchased this cd as a birthday present for my brother who was turning 60. He liked it and said that it contained a good selection of the songs he remembered from the 70's.

I did not realize these were covers. They were ok, but not like the originals.

Fun to trigger memories of high school...Gave to my brother!

This cd had a lot of the best songs from the seventies. It covered many of the music genres but was mostly rock (what's better really). Comes in an attractive container also. Brings you back to the good old days.

I love the 70's music because it is all so meaningful. This CD has a great selection of songs and sound just like they did in the 70"s. I highly recommend this CD for the oldies lover.

Hits Of The 70's CD is a great music compact disc if you like live re-recordings. These songs are performed by the original artists. However, they are re-recordings of the original songs and sound like the artists would perform them on stage if you attended a live concert today. Songs are great, but would rather have had the original recordings.

bought this cd set.plays okaybut the band and songs are listed completely wrong when inserted into my computer.

To be honest when I bought the 2 cd's set, I was expecting a good collection of the 70's music, but when I listened on my car, I was magically transported when I was young with my long hair, my polyester shirts, my pants and shoes and Studio 54.......Oh, men What a nights and the girls. "while you can said by the way I'm walk I'm a woman's man, no time to talk".................... Thank you. Love and Peace. Woodstock69!!

Very poor sound quality. Sounds like they are inside the drum.

70's music is my all time favorite as I am a big disco fan

The cover Hits of the 70s and listed the original artists led me to believe this was the case. When I first played the cd I was very surprised and disappointed to find that it was either a sound alike or recently remade by the the original group. None of them sounded anything like the original release which I came to love in the 70s and have heard since on the radio. I threw it in the trash. Very deceptive and disappointing.
