    Terrible Customer Service

    The game is probably fantastic, but Best Buy’s terrible customer service ruined the whole experience. I agree with all of the reviews mentioning the pre-order. I made the mistake of trying to chat with customer service and was assured that I would be able to pre-order and get the $10 gift card when the website showed that pre-order was unavailable. The first rep I spoke to was so sure that I even took screenshots. I still was not able to purchase the next day and was transferred twice became their reps cannot even be bothered to read what I typed. It was obvious that the last one I spoke to was using a list of responses that he kept copying and pasting over and over without answering my questions. When I asked to speak to someone higher up about the customer service I was receiving the chat was disconnected. I spend thousands of dollars with Best Buy every year, but honestly that shouldn’t even matter. The service they provide is atrocious. I really hope someone is reading these reviews. My money will be going to companies who do not outright lie to me or treat me as an inconvenience. Please fix these problems or you will continue to lose market share.

    Over sold pre-orders

    Throughout the buying process i was told that i needed to update my payment options a total of 4 times. following on launch date was told it wasn't avalible and would be delayed, no indication on when or if it would arrive. Called at 2 weeks after launch to be told different stories both in chat or over the phone. End of the day was told that there was no eta and it would be canceled in a few days. I would highly advise that anyone who is looking to get the bonuses still to go buy a digital copy on the psn.

    I ordered preorder and they claim that they didn't get any in and that they might have them by weekend. I would give 0 stars if I could.

    Last time I preorder a video game from best buy. My order Is delayed went in person to see if maybe they had it but was told that order has not even arrived at store

    DO NOT ORDER FROM BEST BUY!!! PRE-ORDERED, AND CALLED AFTER THEY CLAIMED IT SHIPPED TO BE TOLD BEST CASE SCENARIO WOULD BE MARCH!!! NO APOLOGY, AND IF I HADN'T CALLED THEY NEVER WOULD HAVE GAVE AN UPDATE.
