Great game but a bit confusing for my 10 year old.

This game is a competent translation of the experience from other consoles/platforms but there are many compromises to make it work on the switch.

It’s a fun game, but after purchasing and playing, as a Christian I started to receive conviction from the Lord that it wasn’t right to play. My wife and I both invested in the game and we both decided to quit playing and destroyed the cartridges so no one else would be at risk morally by playing them. If you’re a Christian and want to play this, do your research, pray and search your heart before making the purchase.

Had to buy it again for computer because the quality of the Switch port is HORRENDOUS. You can barely even tell what you're looking at. I feel robbed.

The switch version is more slow than the ps5, i prefeer that version

It is a fun game but the graphics are not great on this system. Would rather play this on Xbox or PlayStation.

Purchased hogwarts legacy for my sister as a Christmas present, they sent me Mario Odyssey knowing they were out of this game and I wouldn’t be able to get it until after the holidays. Had to get an entirely different game and the first employee at the store didn’t believe me at first despite me bringing the packaging and game with me, lol. Never again.

I would have gave it a 5 if Best Buy wasn’t keeping the free gift and selling it separately.

Game is difficult to play and doesnt not repeat moves if you forgot.

The graphics are horrible, it isnt open world, the speech is messed up. Do yourself a favor and skip this game on this platform

I ordered this on Oct. 10, 2022 It took over a year to receive it

Purchasing this game was easy to do at Best Buy. I used the online order and pick up in store. The person who checked me out was very helpful when attempting to apply awards and courteous in offering a bag for my purchase. The game (I've had for about a month) is very fun and the graphics better than I imagined. The story and plots with the different challenges are fun while some are difficult.

Excellent gameplay and storyline. Very interactive open world to explore. Lore accurate Wizarding World details. Fulfilled my childhood dream of walking through Hogwarts. Graphics aren't the most top tier but that did not bother me.

Honestly the game was a little slow at the start but it had a good pacing…… and while the performance on the switch is not the same as on other consoles it does the job fairly decently but not great……… loading screens are annoying, and considering the quality pixels has reduced dramatically I would only recommend you get this on sale……. And just the base game…….. the digital deluxe offer is nothing special…… but if you can get the digital deluxe at a cheaper price than the physical game go for it just remember it’s going to have a few flaws but I never had any crashes with it
