Great game and story line. While I do get lost a lot, this is a very fun game with multiple dynamic stations. There is a lot to explore, unlock, upgrade, and battle in the game.

I had a friend get this game and constantly raved about how great it was. After a couple months I decided to grab it and wow this is such an underrated game. Exploration is great and constantly finding new stuff by accident. I almost picked it up on PC instead, but trust me it feels right on the switch.

Beautiful but tough game with very interesting and rewarding gameplay. It is near Dark Souls level tough but worth it if you have a little patience. I would recommend this more for experienced gamers.

A dark and mysterious metroidvania that has ton of lore that is somewhat similar to a gothic story by Edgar Allen Poe its expansive and a bit challenging at times but its still fun plus it comes with four big dlc if you buy physical it comes with a map and a manual booklet.

This game was recommended to me by one of my friends earlier this year, but it took me a while before actually getting a hold of it. I must say, I am very glad that it was recommended to me because this is a very well-crafted game in every sense of the word. Even the packaging, which comes with a fully illustrated color manual and a map of the in-game world is more than what most million-dollar companies are willing to do. The game itself is no less impressive, mastering the Metroid/Castlevania style of gameplay while also staying true to an original take on the formula, adding in elements from games like Ori and Dark Souls to help keep things fresh. For the price tag it's quite a steal with how much they added into it. The base game boasts a large world to explore and a variety of platforming and combat challenges. On top of this, four additional downloadable content packs were added to it, increasing its replay value with additional difficulty modes and speed running challenges. I have never been too eager to spend money on indie titles because I never know how much or what quality I will be getting for my money, but I can safely say that this is one game that stands out from the rest and can compete with some of the games that are made by the big-name studios. Buy it if you have not!

I own this game digitally on my switch and ps4. When i heard it was coming out physically i bought this and ordered a special collectors edition. So i guess i like this game a lot. It has awesome charater design. Amazing level design. Great combat. I don't really have anything negative to say about hollow knight what so ever. If you like metroidvaina type games. They this is one of the best out there. Just buy it.

Its an absolute masterpiece you rarely get to play such a captivating unforgettable experience with a game that has an amazing musical soundtrack and this Switch version has all the dlc content as well.

I am a huge fan of metroidvania games. Hollow Knight definitely scratched that itch. I originally avoided it because I was not a fan of the art style but it really grew on me while playing. I can not wait for the sequel.

I ordered this online with curbside pickup and wasn’t expecting it to be shipped so quickly. It came sooner than I expected and the employee that brought the game out for me was very quick and helpful. The game came nicely wrapped and it works beautifully. It’s a phenomenal game and the physical release comes with a really nice map of the world within the game.
